I had such an amazing experience at Clear View Eyes in Heathrow (Colonial Town Center). Dr. Elizabeth Macdonald gives truly thorough, detailed, and personalized eye exams - hands down the best I've ever had. She explains everything so clearly and genuinely cares about your eye health. The office itself is gorgeous, and the frame selection is unbeatable. They have all the luxury brands like Gucci, Tom Ford, and so many more, plus super cute options for kids. I've never had so much fun picking out glasses! And the staff... WOW. Everyone is incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They make you feel like family the second you walk in. You can tell they love what they do. If you want the best eye care AND the best frames in Central Florida, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald & the staff at ClearVue Eyes! Dr. MacDonald takes the time to listen to patient concerns & helps find the best options for corrected vision. I was able to try several different contacts to find the best fit. She has such a kind & caring demeanor & is very knowledgeble. The office is brand new, beautiful & has all the latest technology. There is a great selection of fashionable glasses & Tracie is so easy to work with. She even helped me navigate the rebate process for my contact lens order. Making an appointment is easy through the online system. The office is in a great location with lots of parking. I highly recommned ClearVue Eyes to anyone who needs assistance with correcting their vision!

I've tried a lot of eye places over the years, a lot! Some were good, others... not so much (which was the case with my previous eye place). So I was on the lookout for a new optometrist and came across ClearVue Eyes. From the very first phone call, I already had a good feeling, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, so I booked an appointment. I'm really glad I did. The office is great, newer, super clean, and has the latest equipment. But what really stood out was Dr. Elizabeth Macdonald. She's incredibly friendly and doesn't rush you through the process. She genuinely takes her time to dial in what's best for you, explains everything clearly, shows you your results, and walks through options in a way that actually makes sense. I finally felt like I was getting personalized care instead of being just another person in a revolving chair. And it doesn't stop there, Tracie is amazing as well. Super patient, friendly, and upbeat while I tried on basically every pair of frames - multiple times. All with zero pressure, just tons of friendly help and a few laughs. I liked the place so much that I had my better half switch over from her current eye doctor , and she is very happy with ClearVue and the team too! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that actually cares and takes the time to get things right.

Dr. Macdonald is an absolute professional and pleasure to work with! Tracey at the front desk was also amazing and helpful picking out my glasses, no easy task . Overall could not have been more happy and excited to have her as my new eye physician. I will be sending my wife here next!

Dr. MacDonald is extremely skilled and also the most caring health care provider we have ever visited. She takes time to ensure the vision prescription is comfortable and adequate without rushing the patient. She was equally as caring with my children. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough.
