Dr. Tartibi

Excellent, personalized service! It's so nice to be treated with that extra care and responsiveness to my needs as a patient. My adult son and I went in together for our annual eye exams, and though we were the last patients scheduled on a Friday afternoon, not once did we feel rushed by the doctor or any of the staff members. Your eyes are truly in great hands at this office!

I love Dr. Tartibi I have always trusted her, her knowledge and care are like no other! I have been going to her for almost 20 yrs today I called and Rafael who immediately answered and said "I am too busy now I call you back!" I literally stared at my phone as he hung up on me! He called back 30 min later and told me the practice was sold and my insurance is now out of network. I expressed my sadness about Dr Tartibi and not being informed that she was retiring and the practice being sold he said "it's been over a year"! So now the search is on to find a new dr as so far not impressed with the new owner not even going to give them a try! I'm happy for Dr Tartibi but sure wish Loyal patients were given the notice by her!!

I LOVE Dr. Tartibi! I have been going to her since my adolescent years over 20 years ago and still going strong. She put me in my first pair of contacts when I was about 13 years old. She is so sweet and friendly and truely cares about her patients. The office staff is friendly and Randy is awesome. He takes his time with you and makes sure you are comfortable with whatever you haven chosen. He actually coached me through my first pair of contacts

Dr. Tartibi is fantastic! I've been going to her since I was about 12 (I'm 24 now) and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. She's very compassionate and understanding and explains her reason for everything. Randy is very helpful, too! Yes, you have to wait a little bit but I've never gone into a medical office and expected to be taken back right away or at the exact moment of my appt time, that's unrealistic. Just plan ahead and there isn't any problem waiting a few minutes.

While I've been going here for years, something has changed. About 4 months ago I had a checkup and ordered glasses. I had to go out of town and called when I returned. I left a message but got no response. When I came back into town the next time I called and left a message. Still no response. I'm back in town now and this time they answered the phone. The first person swore I hadn't been there since 2010. The next person was completely inept and ended up hanging up the phone on me. The third person was informed I expect to hear from the doctor. I'm still waiting. Tomorrow I will contact the insurance company and see if this place was stupid enough to file an insurance claim. Best advice - there are tons of eye doctors out there. While Dr. Tarbiti is one of the best, it is for nothing if her staff can't deliver the product.

Literally just called and Rafael immediately put me on hold. Dr. Taratibi, whom I've been seeing for over 25 years, along with both of my children, would have NEVER just blown me off. Dr. Taratibi....I'm so happy that you are retiring but the new staff just stinks. They are not personable nor accommodating. I know you would have helped me....I'll never return here after such a horrible experience with Rafael. He's horrible and has no people skills!!!

This is the first time I went to Dr. Tartibi's office. I was going to be fitted for contacts. I had tried years ago but I suffer from Dry Eye and I just could not do it. It just hurt too much. I recently decided to give it another try. I was greeted with a smile by Randy when I first walked in. He was very kind. He gave me paperwork to fill out and took time to answer my all my questions. I was impressed and pleased that he was so knowledgeable and able to set me at ease with my concerns. Dr. Tartibi then came into the office. She is also very kind. She introduced herself and spend a few minutes talking to me. Then the lady (I am sorry I do not remember her name) who is at the front desk took me back to do a few test. Side note, they have this machine that can take pictures of your eyes so they don't have to dilate you! It is a little extra charge, but if you are like me and have to go to work or run errands after your appointment it is worth it. After, I went into the patient room and meet Dr Tartibi. She checked my eyes and took her time to go over all the issues that I had with contacts. My brother is getting married in a few months and I really wanted to have contacts so I did not have to wear glasses for pictures or the ceremony. She really took her time. I did not feel rushed at all. It was so nice! Then Randy showed me how to put them in and take them out. He is very patient. He had me put in my contacts and take them out three times, just to make sure I knew what I was doing and was comfortable doing it. Dr. Tartibi saw me again and made sure everything was comfortable then explained the increments I needed to wear them per day to build up being able to wear them for longer periods. I am on my 3rd day wearing them and today was the first day I did not have irritation wearing contacts! I have another appointment next week. Very long story short, Dr. Tartibi and her staff are amazing! Oh I forgot to mention the best part I don't have insurance and they were the best priced optometrist office that I found in Lake Mary! I am really so very happy. Thank you so much Dr. Tartibi, Randy, and the lovely lady that helped with my tests, you are all really good at what you do.

I love the care of Dr. Tartivis and Staff, Randy is very knowledgeable of what he do. and Jenny very sweet make you feel welcome . Our family been going to Dr. for over 20 years . every one are very friendly and professional . Dr. Tartivis care 1000% about her patients Eye health.
