Update: They honored the warranty and replaced the lenses, so I'll increase the stars. I still won't get lenses here again, because there are places online that are SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper and these cracked after about 2 weeks, but I appreciate them honoring the warranty and fixing the issue without corporate being involved. Original: The same day labs took a week to get back my glasses, the smart frames came back broken (fortunately I had the ability to get them replaced through a third party), and the lenses have cracked. I'm within the 30 day warranty but magically the system won't let them warranty it when I spoke on the phone? I have the receipt of the day I got my eyes checked (not when I got the lenses) and that was only 32 days ago. That aside, the staff is friendly and the Dr was great. I would go back for eye exams only!

I had an outstanding experience at Eyeglass World thanks to Katelynn. She helped me find the perfect product at a fair price and was kind, friendly, and considerate. My visit was a 12 out of 10 and I'm certain management recognizes what a valuable asset she is!

This was my first time using Eyeglass World in Lake Mary and I have been continuously impressed! My kiddo, like any other, doesn't exactly treat their glasses the best all the time and so far we have had to use the warrantee twice within a few months. Each time the staff are wonderful and even go out of their way to find other locations that have the frame in stock so her lenses can be placed in the new frames same day! We will certainly be repeat customers.

Best consultation I have ever received in many years going to get eye prescription. Waste of money, having glasses made for me and later on do not use them because did not work do to an eye injury. Dr Bachus listen to my concerns, and her suggestion was excellent. Happy to choose Lake Mary office. Also excellent customer service by the staff specifically Kaylah, helpful and friendly. Thanks for your service.

1/28/2026 Update - I fell face first and damaged my glasses my wife took them to Eye Glass World in Lake Mary and Kaylah was fantastic helping me get new glasses and she was able to get them done for me quickly. Her customer service is fantastic! It was time for my annual eye exam and everything I said on my first visit holds true today! Dr Bachus was excellent as always and Matias once again was great in helping me get the lenses I wanted with no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I could not recommend the location any higher they are wonderful from the time you walk in the door. My first time here for an eye exam and Dr Bachus was great! She was very good about explaining what she was doing during the test and was professional, friendly and easy to talk with. Leiana the tech was also very understanding and professional. She was wonderful. When I had my eyeglasses fitting Matias was excellent as well, friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my opinion on what I wanted and how the new glasses felt. I highly recommend the location for an eye exam.

We went to the store at 4219 W. Lake Mary Blvd in Lake Mary to get glasses for my sister from out of town. Autum and Leona were awesome, they helped with patience and knowledge all the way. Autum helped to pick the best lenses and got us a great deal. We just can say, Thank you and we will be back for the entire family.

Total waste of time and money. I have never seen someone struggle so hard to make single vison glasses. Then when the lenses scratch be prepared to be upsold and ripped off if you try to have them replaced. Stay away from this place at all costs. Go ANYWHERE else.

My glasses got mangled the night before and I called them and asked if they could take a look and see if they could fix them even though I didn't buy them there. They said come on in and they would see if they could fix them and if so it would be free. Got to the store, and Ariana took great care of me, had the glasses fixed in 5 minutes! What a wonderful experience, I will definitely recommend them to my friends for everything glasses moving forward! Thanks EGW and Ariana!!!
