Dr. Love is the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendliest eye doctor that I have ever encountered in the last 40 years. Also, his office staff is amazing, and makes me feel comfortable and happy before and after my procedures.

Dr Love and his staff were kind and efficient. They use the latest technology. However when I picked up my bifocal glasses, I couldn't see anything clearly. So, I made another appointment to have the prescription adjusted. I explained I couldn't read the paper, see the computer or tv and reading road signs was more clear in the middle of the lenses instead of at the top. After going through the eye test again, I stated every option was still not clear. Dr Love became frustrated with me and left the room. The second pair of glasses I could see the tv and road signs., but I still cannot read the paper. It turns out he only adjusted the distance and not the close-up prescription. The office policy is to only allow 1 prescription adjustment, so I guess I need to find some readers and a new eye doctor.

Ive been going to Dr Love for more than 10 years as well as my whole family.. the entire office is so kind and warm and welcoming. His expertise on our individual issues is incredible and I'm glad that we found his practice... I recommend him to anyone and everyone

Best eye care that I have had in 15 years. Dr Love is extremely knowledgeable and a very good listener who cured an issue I had for the last 5 years. Best staff anywhere, always friendly, upbeat and very good at their profession. If you are looking for an eye doctor and want quality and accountability Lake Mary Eye should be your choice

Dr. Love is an excellent eye doctor. He was able to diagnose my early glaucoma that other doctors missed. He uses the newest equipment and I didn't need to have my eyes dilated for the exam. His staff is very friendly too.

Usually don't post bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. After a single appointment with another doctor, I had more progress in two weeks than the 7 months I saw him. He clearly doesn't like being asked questions and takes it personally if you tell him that the treatment plan is not working. On our last, borderline unprofessional visit, he went from telling me that I had so many things wrong with my eyes that basically I should expect to be uncomfortable to then saying that my eyes looked fine and he doesn't even understand why I'm complaining (to note, I went to another doctor the very next day and my eyes were not fine and she was not at all surprised that I was experiencing constant pain). After I asked one too many questions for him on a specific eye drop, he abruptly stood up from his chair and told me that we could just "stop the drops right now" and then talked down at me for several minutes, telling me he couldn't see into the future and therefore couldn't speak to some alternative options I was asking about in case the drops didn't work. I could go on but you get the idea. If you have dry eyes, keep looking. EDIT: was a patient under maiden name.

Dr Love and his team have been looking after my eyes since 2018. Everyone is professional, knowledgable and very patient with me. In addition to top notch eye vision care, they offer an excellent selection of eye glass frames. I will recommend this practice to anyone in the Lake Mary, FL area looking for a top quality vision care.

Extremely impressed with Dr Love and his staff. Their customer service and professionalism was felt and appreciated. My Son and I left with our questions answered and a better knowledge regarding eye care. Thank you for the welcomed visit and patience while choosing our eye ware. All in all Highly Recommended!
