Went there for 25 years, excellent service. Last 2-3 years, being run more as an impersonal business than a clinic that cares about patients. Like being run through the mill for my money. Last time my records were lost due to computer problems. Can't even make an appointment now without having every detail of my insurance correct. Looking for an alternative.

I was so comfortable with Jose doing my eye exam !! he took his time to explain every detail of the exam to ensure I was doing my part properly. I have a scratch on my eye, that has been bothering me for a long time. I went to this Opthamologist, and he recommended me to put drops in my eye. The drops did not help, I kept getting a virus back in both of my eyes. I have been back 3 more times, and my eye now is very blurry. This has been going on over 3 months now. He just kept upping the amount of steroid drops. I am out alot of copays, and gas. I just hope my eye will be ok, and that my vision will come back to my left eye.
