I chose My Eye Dr. on Hwy 60 in Lake Wales, Fl. based on glasses my sister purchased. My 2026 FSA kicked in, so off I went to purchase new glasses for me!! Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! The entire experience was the best I've had. My final purchase included a pair of Rayban Meta's, MK's, and Tory Burch, for a reasonable price!! I highly recommend Maria and the My Eye Dr. staff on Highway 60, Lake Wales, Florida.

We have been patients here for the last couple years and always had great experiences- then scheduled this years appointments 5 months in advanced- day of at check in I was told $44 fee for a doctor since it was virtual. Never mentioned that before in the 3 reminders and confirmations I received. When I said we booked with a doctor and that virtual appointments don't work for us because of my child's prescriptions, the clipboard was snatched from me and was sternly told that all this was in the confirmations upon making the appointments. After view of confirmations- while still in office- this was not the case. We will be finding a new office for our needs and would not recommend for anyone who wants to see someone in person as they don't have an in house doctor

Kristopher was amazing at the Lake Wales facility. Makes your visit easy and pleasant. Has a great attitude and explains things as he goes. Definitely will be returning! Thanks a million.

Emma was absolutely awesome! She was able to help me get everything I needed on my glasses within a price I can afford. She was very kind, informative, and gave me time to figure out what I wanted. I really felt welcomed and not rushed at all. Thanks Emma!

MyeyeDr is the ONLY place to get great service. The day of my appointment, the office was under staffed and they all went out of their way to help out. I love the LW location.

Everyone is so amazing. The office is nice and clean. Technician Melinda amazing . Very kind and professional.

We've been My Eye Doctor customers for a lot of years, with this location for 4 1/2 years. Dr. Pierce is a good doctor but works one day a week. So we scheduled with the other doctor. That doctor left and no one bothered to reschedule our appointments. We took time off work for these appointments. For the past week, My Eye Doctor has been sending confirming emails and text messages. This was the last straw. We have always had issues with this office. Eyeglasses not done correct. Back and forth numerous times. I would NOT recommend this place.
