Dr. Mary Futch provides an excellent service for my both children, including myself. The place is neat and clean. The team are organized, and they provide me excellent service all the time. God Bless Dr. Mary Futch, she was praying with me in my doctor visit, after she figure out that I was having a familiar crisis, she touch my hands and pray with me. I actually live in St. Augustine and made an appointment at this location out of convenience because I work here in Macclenny. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Poveda is hands down the most down to earth Eye Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When she came into the Exam room conversation started flowing and I almost forgot what I was there for. Very down to earth person and the service was great. When it came time to pay there was an issue with my insurance provider but they still handled everything very professionally. I would Highly recommend Baker Vision Care to anyone who is looking for a professional, family friendly environment. Great service and selection of frames too! I walked into the Walmart down the road and walked right out because of the lack of service and attention. At the end of the day it worked out because I ended up here.

I was a patient of Dr. Futch's for a few years and never had a bad experience. My husband started seeing Dr. Futch and getting a new pair of glasses was recommended. We ordered his glasses and paid the $280.00 that we were quoted. Only to receive a call days later that $300.00 in charges had been left off the price. We paid the remaining balance when we picked his glasses up. He returned 3 different times with complaints on his vision when wearing his glasses and were told to give it more time. The last conversation with the office staff we were told he would need another eye exam and any changes to the glasses we would be responsible for once again. Me or my husband will not be returning patients.

The Best optometrist ever Dr Futch is an amasing lady . The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. I am very happy and will be going back on my next visit to the usa . Eyes are very important so we must take care of them .
