Got prescription order right the first time. Service was fast. However before you buy frames from them check Walmart. Com prices. I bought a second pair exactly the same and paid $72 less 5 days later. Would not price match.

called to set an appointment and the doctor is only there 3 days a week. I agreed to set an appointment for Wednesday. The lady said she needed to get the book, laid the phone down and never came back. I could here people laughing and talking. Very un-professional.

My husband tried to get contacts from this location. We went at 3:40pm on a Friday and when we got there the entire optical center was closed. Online it says they are opened until 7pm. Very disappointed that we wasted time driving up here for them to not even be opened during their scheduled business hours.
