While at my vacation home in the Keys I experienced a serious, scary eye issue. The staff could not have been nicer and fit me into her schedule. Dr Nicole Cremata is my angel. She did a comprehensive exam, knowing exactly what was going on and gave me specific things to look for should I need emergent care. Coming from a medical family I felt so much better knowing that I am in the best of hands, being so far away from "home". I was also so impressed by the state of the art equipment and cleanliness of her office.

Absolute BEST!!!!! Caring and precise, the staff booked us immediately as an emergency appointment because my son's eye was swollen. Doctor Cremata called us back the following day to see how he was doing. I recommend her services 100%. Always impressed by how much she cares. :)

Truly one of the best eye exams and optometry experiences I've had in a long time. At the time of my exam I was 8 months pregnant. Dr. Cremata took extra great care of me. I had always wondered why I preferred contacts out to glasses. During my exam, as we were discussing my prescription, she explained that people with my type of vision issues tend to do better wearing contacts than frames. No one ever explained that to me. It's a small thing, but the fact she took the time to inform me and explain it was great. My husband also saw her, and we both received great care and service from Dr. Cremata and her staff. I also loved that she was understanding and awesome about me buying my contacts online. Some offices I've used in the past have been reluctant and won't release the prescription. We are so pleased to have a friendly, excellent optometrist office in the Middle Keys!

Wonderful staff, great office and loved the artwork! State-of-the art operation. Dr. West was phenomenal with my contact refraction. I have a difficult prescription to fit and he is on the mark! He is the first Optometrist I've visited that knew the cost of Xiidra, a prescription for dry eye. Many doctors prescribe medications but have no idea the cost. This will be my "go to" practice being new to the area. Nice job Dr. West and staff!

Dr. Cremata and her staff were professional, courteous and friendly. I had the most thorough and comprehensive eye exam ever, and received valuable information about my vision and what I can do to protect the health of my eyes. I highly recommend this office for all of your vision needs.

I had a potentially serious eye condition - a detached retina. We are on a sailboat in Marathon waiting for a weather window to go to the Bahamas, and not only would this would have changed that itinerary, but it would have meant a trip to Miami for surgery. Even with her very busy schedule, Dr. Cremata made time to see me, and after a thorough eye exam, she was able to rule out a detached retina, great news for my husband and me. Her staff was also excellent from Terry at the front desk to Jessica who helped with the eye exam. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

I always assumed that I only needed glasses for reading. When I came in for an appointment Dr. Cremata ask how I thought my vision was. I said I only needed glasses for reading and could see pretty good far distance. After examining me she said that she thought she could improve my far distance vision as well. After I receiving my bi-focal Costa Del Mar sunglasses from the optical shop next door with the new prescription she recommended I was completely astonished and amazed at how much better I could see things. I'm 65 and I guess over time my far vision had diminished without being aware of it. It's like I have the eyes of a 15 yr. old again. Transformed the quality of my life. I'm so grateful!
