I'm a practicing optometrist on vacation here from New York and her office was able to accommodate me the same day due to a recent onset of floaters after snorkeling. I walked in with a pair of glasses, not purchased here, desperate to have the frames repaired (I fell asleep in them). The ladies in the front were so kind to reshape the frame, which took multiple attempts, due to the extensive damage I did. Not only did they salvage my new glasses, but they did so free of charge! I have not experienced this kind of customer service in the Keys in a long time, and I will not be seeing another eye doctor moving forward! Thank you for your kindness and expertise!
