Thought my husband should go to an optometrist that has experience. They were supposed to set an appointment up with Neberhaus but the set up an appointment with Dr Zippi. Husband was greeted friendly at the reception. The lady at the eye pretreatment was great. Although they have tiny tiny cubicles 4 of them in a little room. Not very comfy and no room for anyone other than the patient. He went to the room after that and the wait wasn't long. He says that the doctor however was not very friendly and although he seemed to check all the appropriate boxes he was condescending about the ability to see and wasn't any better than an assembly line location like Americas Best or the 20/20 place. We were trying get a place that was nicer than that. But I didn't read the Google reviews and should of known. The glasses cost is ridiculous too. Cheapest pair of frames is $180. Cheapest lenses were around the same. Even after the $130 given by the insurance for a cheap pair of glasses they wanted $155 for a pair with the lenses. Not including warranty or any promises. The lady that helped us was friendly enough. But when she gave us the cost of $689 for what he wanted it threw me. I buy off Zenni, Paynes Glasses, and eye buy direct regularly for myself. But thought my husband could get a good set with his insurance. Not sure why he can't. Has been that way for years thou no matter where you go. They do have a nice selection of glasses for those that can afford em. And a nice looking place and a good setup .

My 3 year old had an eye injury and the other eye care place was a horrible experience for my son and I. From the moment I called to make an appointment I KNEW this was where we needed to be. * Miss. Gillian an the front desk spoke highly of Dr. Dimmick claiming he was a kid at heart and he was one of the best she's ever seen when helping young children with eye issues of all kinds. She was super sweet and helped with my questions about payment and helped my son and I not be so nervous from my son's previous horrible eye doctor experience. She even checked up on my guests that came with me and when we were done with my son's appointment she checked on us again. 5 star treatment from Miss Gillian! * kira, Dr. Dimmicks assistant was AMAZING! My son even held her hand and walked into the room which is rare for him because she is a stranger. She was kind and my son LOVED her and her nails lol * Dr. Dimmick was wonderful with my 3 year old! He lets our kids BE kids. It's hard for children to "act right" inside a doctor office but Dr. Dimmick knows how to talk to children and get them to sit still or look here or put your chin there. He did amazing and knows how to treat and handle little children and get his job done while also allowing our children to be children inside of a "scary" new doctor office. He let my son explore and he explained what every doctor instrument (toy) did and what he was using it for. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend this doctor office for parents with small children

Deliberated on this one, but... Just heard back from staff. Kudos for at least following up. That said, all information has value, but zero is value too. Anyhow, "Not So Short story along"--they cancelled a 1:30 appointment when I was in the parking lot at 1:11. Their claim was my appointment was at 1. I have screenshot from one of the many reminders they sent. I have also taken moment to read some other past reviews. I'm not alone. The place is shiny, but lacks warmth and a service-oriented staff. Sorry to see Dr. Locke leave. Less warm. Definitely feels like the place to feel like a number. Treated this client like they don't care or need to care about you. Only ever went cause my wife says I should, but I'd rather be in trouble with my wife than have to go here.

This entire review is dedicated to Mike McKenzie! Mike went above and beyond to fix my glasses. Other vision professionals at multiple locations, said they couldn't help and sent me on my way. Only took him seconds but he had the right tools to be able to remove a broken screw. This is one very happy customer. Mike's knowledge and dedication to customer service is exemplary! Thank you Mike.

I've visited this location several times, and every time I go I'm disappointed by the very long wait times. On the latest visit, we arrived 30 minutes early, yet people who came after us were served before us. Ultimately, we waited over an hour just to be taken care of. This kind of experience is frustrating, especially when you plan ahead. That said, I want to give credit where it's due: the very young lady at check-in was courteous, polite, and professional. She was one of the few bright spots in the visit. To improve, this location really needs to better manage their queue or scheduling system. If lines are long, maybe they could call people by order of arrival, add more staff during peak times, or provide better updates so customers know what's going on. Fixing this would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Absolutely disaster. I've been a RN for 15 years and have never had my concerns so blown off by a provider. They cancelled my follow-up appointment that I had booked for months the day prior to the appointment because they scheduled me with the wrong doctor. So disappointed

I've been going to this doctor for 20+ years and suddenly they are unwilling to schedule appointments for our whole family on the same day. What a disappointment. This type of discrimination against our large family is unacceptable and really shows how little they care for people and how much the almighty dollar is in control.

You should advise your employee Percy to not wear her uniform and name tag when verbally accosting a fellow customer at another merchant. She attacked me unprovoked and is a representative of your company. I will never visit your establishment.
