First, I had an appointment at 8am and they weren't even open/ready to go when I got there. Second, they pretty much made me get extra tests (more $) that I felt I didn't need at the time because I had already seen a specialist a few months prior. I was just there to get new glasses. Now, on top of that, I just got a bill for an additional $85- for glasses that I already paid close to $300- with insurance. This is 3 months later!! The fact that they couldn't figure out how much my insurance would cover shows either incompetence or corruption...either way I'm not going back nor do I recommend anyone else go there.

25 * A++++ make this the first call for your eye exam. The staff is incredible, they couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Schlinder is amazing. He was kind and showed true caring for his patient, me. He took as much time as I needed to understand what was wrong with my eyes. Step by step information that was not rushed. I could tell he enjoyed his work and sharing his gift with others. In addition, he ensured I could have new glasses by the end of the day. I enjoyed my time at this office. Thank you all.
