25 * A++++ make this the first call for your eye exam. The staff is incredible, they couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Schlinder is amazing. He was kind and showed true caring for his patient, me. He took as much time as I needed to understand what was wrong with my eyes. Step by step information that was not rushed. I could tell he enjoyed his work and sharing his gift with others. In addition, he ensured I could have new glasses by the end of the day. I enjoyed my time at this office. Thank you all.

I saw three different people during my appointment. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice start. The person who did the eye measurements for my glasses worked very quickly, and the process felt rushed and incomplete compared to previous exams. As I read the letters, I kept saying they were blurry, but my comments were ignored. She didn't show me any photos or color tests, which other optometrists usually include--so that part felt lacking. When I finally saw the doctor, I had been waiting a while, but the appointment itself was extremely brief. He asked me what my prescription was for, which made it seem like he hadn't reviewed my file at all. That, paired with how fast the exam went, gave the impression that he was in a rush to finish and move on. What concerns me most is that the new prescription I was given is significantly different from my previous yesr one. It makes me question whether the exam was done accurately or thoroughly. Overall, the experience felt impersonal, rushed, and not up to standard. That, combined with how quickly the exam was over, gave the impression that he was in a rush to get me out the door. The whole experience felt impersonal and not thorough at all.

The doctor I go to, I love! What I don't love is the 2+ hours it takes to wait, test, wait, see the doctor, wait, check out. I'm over it already. Time for a doctor in private practice.

I felt like something was in my eye and I went to MedFast and they said I scratched my eye but next morning it was still irritating me. I knew there was something in it, so I made an appointment and came here for a second opinion. Not only was it cheaper but I was correct there was something in my eye and Dr . Wang was awesome and tbh everyone there was amazing and very helpful. Can't say thank you enough

I had a brief covid review upon arrival. Unfortunately after this I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen by the technician. The tech was very professional, efficient and friendly. I then was taken to an examination room and waited 10 minutes before Dr. Brown arrived. He was his usual excellent self in professionalism, examination and conversations about my history, present situation and likely future changes. We was an excellent listener and advisor. The check-in and check-out staff were efficient and courteous. The eye care office staff provided paper copies of my prescriptions without delay. I like the technicians and doctors but am concerned about the ever increasing amount of waiting time at the main New Haven Ave office. Either get more staff or take on fewer patients. I have been back since and the waiting time improvement

The whole procedure was extremely organized. A bag with necessary supplies was provided. Charts for eye drops made what could have been a confusing process so much easier. Appointments were in time. Effective social distancing and mask wearing made my husband feel safe. Text and email notifications reminded us of appointments. Very pleased and grateful for the professional way in which the whole cataract surgery process was handled. Highly recommend Dr Weiser! Thank you!!

Appreciate the accommodating emergency appointment. Everyone was so kind. Laser treatment worked well. Would have given 5 starts if better explanations were given. A sheet of paper listing the after surgery instructions to take home would have been really great. It was a lot to take in under stress and Dr. was a man of very few words.

Florida Eye Associates provides excellent eye care. All personnel are helpful and nice. The door host is a true gentleman; the intake staff are friendly and efficient, the technicians are competent and knowledgeable, and the doctors are the best. It's not that going to the eye doctor is a great thing, but going to Florida Eye is more pleasant than going to other eye care establishments.
