Not so pleasant experience. I just came to replace a small screw in my glasses, but the employee was very impatient and it was clear that he wanted me to leave for an unknown reason.
I was patiently waiting to my turn at the back of the store, and he came up to me specifically (and even left a customer for this), just to ask why I came, and impatiently explained why can't they help me.

You should know that the quality of your lenses is excellent from the first time I tried them on in your store. But more importantly, I can see so well when I wear them outside for sporting events. It feels like I am looking through a clean window and they perfectly match my prescription. This has not always been my experience when getting glasses at other stores (in the Boston area, where I live) and/or via Internet-based companies. I believe your in-house grinding makes all the difference when it comes to quality and precision.
