Incredible customer experience. We purchased x2 pairs of Oliver's Peoples glasses with the help of Jamie who was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and their uniqueness. Highly recommended. Great selection of good brands and new stock including limited edition pieces.

They have a really nice selection of glasses, varied from brand names to less known things and good quality. However very expensive for a service that isn't to par. I paid 300 dollars just to have prescription added to a frame I already owned under rushed order for the same day. If it was true idk because I never receive a call, text, or email to confirm it. 3 days later I picked up since I received nothing and I realized after leaving Miami in a different lighting that they put different colored glass on the right and left eye. So now I have what I wanted but wrongly done. The price does not match the care.

My daughter lost her pair of glasses in the ocean a day before boarding a cruise ship. Frantic calls to our optometrist back home got us her prescription. I called EyeMax and they said they would try to get her glasses done. And they were super good to work with. In about 2 or 3 hours my daughter had a new pair of glasses. They were super cute glasses! Perfectly made. I could not be happier.

Me and 2 friends walked into the store just to look around. The guy behind the counter was very rude and was basically trying to rush us out of the store. He even made a rude comment regarding which sunglasses we should choose.

I lost my glasses when I jumped into the ocean, and I'm pretty in a need for a new pair of glasses. This is when Jamie does his magic, he knows his product very well and do pretty good recommendations based on a budget. I bring my prescription to him and got my new pair of glasses same day in the afternoon, definitely recommended if you have similiar experiences.

EyeMax Eyewear is a jewel on Lincoln and a sun glass lovers paradise! I visited earlier in the summer and was amazed at the designer selection and excellent prices. The staff was patient as I tried on several pairs of unique frames with tints never seen before. I couldn't decide on my first visit and left to think about it. Two months later I called the store and Dana found the frames I tried on and couldn't stop thinking about- and shipped them quickly. They were on sale which was a bonus! EyeMax Eyewear has great customer service with quality designer frames. Treat yourself if you are in Miami!
