Unfortunate place. Customer service is terrible. They're incapable of handling the employee health insurance system. It's truly pitiful. Three people were there to help me on the phone, and none of them knew what to do with my vision insurance. Not recommended. Something's not right there.

Lia, and everyone was amazing! Superb customer service from start to finish. The exam was very informative by the optician and he took time to provide advice that no one has done before. I will pick up my glasses and lenses next week, can't wait. Thank you!

My experience at this place was not fun and I need to bring awareness to any future costumers. When I first came into the shop the girls were profesional. I asked about the discount they have at the front window and said for $58 you get an eye exam and a 50% off on your second pair of glasses. I'm a lash tech so I had some questions about my vision so I asked if they could do a full check up of my eyes for that price and they said yes. When I start start expecting to the doctor that I'm a lash tech and that my work is mostly focusing my vision he started making rude comments about lash extensions and how unhealthy (he's obviously not educated about lash extensions and just being judgmental)he mention that on a occasion he was making out with person and their lash fell into his drink . And this point I just felt awkward, I asked about some eye problems I've been having and basically told me I was exaggerating and when I was reading the letters ( I could see clear ) he told me I knew what it said and to read it (at this point I moved my face out of the machine to explain to him I could read it better with the previous glass because it was clearer. He physically grabbed my head and pushed it back into the machine... he wasn't aggressive but I did reached and asked him to pelase don't touch me again. He got really rude after that and just saying my eyes hurt because I clearly suffer from anxiety ( I don't I live a peaceful life and love what I do for a living) I just wanted to get out of there ASAP ( he didn't check my eyes how I asked since the begging)when I come out to pay they give me a total it's $89... I asked what was the increase and they said if I wanted to take my prescription home I had to pay the difference because the deal was only if I buy the glasses. The whole purpose of me whiting this review is to bring awareness of this scamming place and if you reed the previous reviews in not the only one that had gone though this.

The service here is wonderful, I've had two very positive experiences. First, when purchasing my nephew's glasses. The turn around time was quick, there was no hard sell and the pick up was seamless. Today, Gregorio was incredibly helpful when I needed contacts the same day. He went out of his way and was very kind. I can't thank him enough! They carry a wide selection of cool frames and sunglasses but the service is what really makes this place great.

Best optician in Miami. Attended to me immediately, and were very professional and friendly. Fixed my glasses in no time, and didn't even charge me a penny for the service. Would definitely recommend, 10/10.

The optician really creeped me out & was talking in circles. I felt like his main goal was to show how smart he was & make it obvious I know nothing about the way vision & vision correction works. I even felt scared/worried to post this review as I review a lot of business experiences but his character & the interaction I had with him was NOT normal at all. Half the time I didnt know what he was talking about or even what point he was trying to prove. Very unprofessional & demeaning.

I've been going there for 11 years. No matter how far I moved, even Fort Lauderdale. Great people and customer service with a great cause. They are truely remarkable!
