Dr. Gary Berman

Dr Bergman and SOME of the ladies on his staff are great! He's my one and only eye doctor!! I was in Publix speaking to one of the employees who had complimented me on my eye glass frames. I said I have a great Dr in Miami Gardens! She then said, "I've my eye doctor!" How about it's Dr. Bergman who is also her eye doctor she raved about. We just burst out laughing when we realized we shared the same eye doctor!! Three of my four children also goes to Dr Bergman. One daughter comes down from GA just get serviced by Dr Bergman. Very down to earth person.

I am a long standing patient. I had an appointment on Saturday and I was very very displeased at the environment. It was evident that Dr. Berman wasn't there because I've never seen his establishment in such a frenzy. There were patients sitting and standing waiting to be seen. Not only that but the staff was very immature. They began screaming and running up an .d down the hallways clapping and screaming like they were going funnyballistic. Very immature staff and I was as well as other patients very displeased.

I have been a patient of Dr Gary Berman for 2 years. He is a very professional and Passionate Doctor. The staff is s very friendly and helpful and professional. My like going to his office.

is been years i went to this doctor,i was cleaned and through away cards and i found a card to this rude on professional doctor that treat me very bad. estava limpiando y botando tarjetas viejas y encontre una y me hizo recordar lo poco prefosional que es este doctor

Parece que este lugar esta lleno de malas historias y esta es la mia, algo que me parece injusto pero para esta optica tu No eres un paciente, eres un numero, eres una persona que entra alli con un signo de pesos pegado en la frente porque asi es como te ven y asi me he sentido cada vez que he ido a este lugar. Yo Pague $300 dolares por unos lentes regulares, despues de 20 dias de uso se ha desprendido 1 de los 2 tornillos diminutos que sostienen las gafas, asi que no fue por mal uso, ni rotos, entonces me dirijo alli y la asesora me dice que ese tornillo no se puede poner, que debo comprar un marco nuevo y que esta vez costaran $45 dolares, Si! $45 dolares los mismos que costaron $300 dolares 20 dias atras y lo mas absurdo me dice que es defecto del marco y que no hay ninguna garantia porque la garantia aplica solo para los marcos que estan en vitrina que cuestan arriba de los $600 y $700 dolares. Entonces lo considero injusto porque no fueron por mal uso, ni rotos, el tornillo se salio solo y hasta les lleve el tornillo y solo tenian menos de 1 mes de comprados y simplemente su respuesta fue que aunque ellos mismos reconocen que son defectuosos no hay ninguna garantia porque son los BARATOS de $300.
