They had lost a customer on me. No the doctor, she is very nice and professional . But the young lady who sales the eyeglasses was more than rude sarcastically down looking. Almost throw the sample eyeglasses on her desk for me to pickup one. I picked up not a good one. Can't fold its legs. Can't see well with them. 600 something dollars wasted. Plus the receptionist was also sarcastic, cold and imperative to avoid any responsibility towards me. No more, going over there.

The most amazing care I have ever experienced. I called the office in somewhat of a panic over some results of an eye screening my 5 year old received at school. They scheduled me for the same day! No waiting! The staff was so sweet to my little one and the Doctor was so patient and kind...my daughter felt so relaxed. She was able to do a complete an thorough exam on my daughter and answered all 500 of my questions! She put my mind at ease and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend anyone...adult or child...to this office. Amazing! Thank you Dr. Briceno and staff...she is so excited for her glasses and her next eye exam!

Dr. Briceno is a very kind and personable eye care professional. Her eye care examination and testing are organized, simple, and painless. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful to all you questions and concerns. The office itself has a modern, fresh, clean, and up to date look. The building itself seems to have sufficient parking all around the vicinity. Lakes Family Eye Care seems to have a good selection of frames and contact lenses, most importantly I wasn't pressured to commit to any purchase right after my eye exam. I was informed of the selection and the special offers for lenses and glasses and was told to call back when I was ready to order, and then I was on my way with my written prescription and 1 free pair of monthly lenses.

My family and I have been going to Dr Briceno for the past 15 years or so. I wanted to let everyone know that she is by far the best Dr ever. Always professional,polite,patient,accommodating and loving. She make us and other patients feel like family! Excellent service

I do not think there is anyone in Miami better with kids than Dr. Briceno! She is a true professional with a passion for her job! My son was very nervous to get his eyes checked for the first time and she made the whole experience fun. I would recommend her 10000 times over if I could! Intelligent, early adopter in medicine and excellent patient rapport!

I do not usually leave reviews but I think it is an obligation to do so because the service and attention received by the doctor and her staff was outstanding. On time, lot of patience, dedication and knowledge is a plus. Both my wife and I left very satisfied with such a pleasant experience and with the assurance that she will be our eye doctor henceforth.

My son and I have been going to Dr. Briceno for over 2 years now and I can attest to her superior knowledge, kindness and assertiveness with her diagnosis. She is a great eye doctor !
