I am so pleased with the wonderful care Dr. Belkis Perez gives me during my visits. She explains everything that is going on with my eyes. Her equipment captures all of the details of my eyes as well. Sandi in the office is amazing she gives fantastic service and does not stop until all issues are resolved. The atmosphere is very professional.

I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Mauri for many years. He was an incredible doctor and a remarkable individual. Following his passing, the office has undergone some changes. I have had to have my prescription lenses redone on more than two occasions. My sister had a similar experience, and the cost was nearly $800+. The lenses were not optimal, and the process was not as smooth as it could have been. I would like to express my disappointment with the new doctor at this practice.

I have been a patient at the clinic since 2008. I have always been treated with great professionalism and affection by everyone there. The new doctors have been able to meet my expectations and I have felt comfortable. Carmen has been my adviser from the first moment and of course I have always been pleased, not to mention that all the staff is very competent and ready to help you. I have trusted and will always trust that my eyes are in good hands at the Clinic. Always very sorry for the early departure of Dr Mauri. Thanks you

I have been a client of Mauri Eye Associate for years. Since Carlos Mauri was treating my family and myself. They have excellent service from the moment you walk in until your receive your eyeglasses frame or contacts. The young ladies that care for you from the moment you book an appointment demonstrate extraordinary knowledge and skills. They help guide you from your exams to the delivery of your eyeglasses. I love that Denise and Maria care from their hearts, for their clients, they treat them like family with the upmost respect. They have an outstanding selection from high end designer eyeglasses to affordable frames. I highly recommend Mauri Eye Associate for all your eye needs! The front office and the showroom assistants are unprofessional , rude, and overall horrible, specifically Carmen. They bring down the value of the office completely. I didn't want to purchase glasses immediately, she added fees that I have never seen at any other doctor's office. She didn't do her due diligence to have my visit covered by my insurance. I had to make a claim afterwards and was reimbursed. She claims they didn't measure me for glasses when I came back for my prescription. I know they did because the day of my first visit I was close to buying glasses! Now it feels like she is holding my prescription for ransom because I do not want to purchase contacts or anything from them. I initially liked the service because Dr. Mauri and the assistant, I want to say her name is Denise, are great. The frustrating feeling after talking to them via phone or in person is overwhelming and makes you want to never come back or recommend the office to anyone. I would leave negative stars if possible.

Dr. Mauri is the best optometrist in Miami, he has been seeing me since I was a small child. Maria, the office manager is the best. She always helps me choose the best looking glasses. The office has a nice variety of glasses. I highly recommend them

Customer service needs improvement: My friend was a patient of this doctor. She only visited twice because the customer service is terrible. According to her, she met with Dr. Mauri who was pretty good and enthusiastic in helping her resolving her eye issue; however, do to poor customer service and failure to follow up with patient, she decided to go elsewhere for help.

I've always highly recommended this optometrist office. Not certain if its the new administration but its just not the same. No returned phone calls. I was told last week that the lab made a mistake and they are re-doing, "it will be ready next Wednesday" I called today (Thursday) and they are now saying tomorrow. I spend over 1K in glasses plus what the insurance paid and the service, sadly has been very disappointing.
