Florida Retina & Vitreous Center

Listen, it is 5:03 P.M currently and we are still waiting to be seen for an appointment that was at 2:40. Mind you we arrived at 2:20 pm. There is no point to this, one of the ladies we spoke to had her appointment at 3:00. She came in after us but she was seen before us and left before us. I'm so over this, if there is a schedule issue the patients should be notified and have the option to reschedule. Why is it that doctors office will charge a fee if you're late but will not discount or reimburse you when they waste your time and see you late? If you are able to go to another place do so and save your time so that you don't have to cancel other plans. They do not respect your time at this office. The girls in the front were having a grand old time with each other while we sat and wait. I am more than irate.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. The assistant we had took a detailed history, checked the eye and ran some tests. She was great. Very few, cheerful and professional. The doctor was top notch. Very honest and open evaluation and conversation offering his opinion and options. Would highly recommend this office.

Great and caring staff, was a very short wait. This is a great location.
