Got a text my glasses were ready and I rushed to Clermont to get my glasses, after calling and telling her I would be there before 5pm. Arrived 6mins before closing and door was locked and the person inside saw me standing there, and ran up to the desk and away from the desk, as fast as she could while I was on the phone calling them to let me pick up my glasses. Rude and unprofessional, and they've lost me as a customer and eye patient. I'll be going else where for my glasses and eye exams. My product was already bought and paid for and all I needed was to pick them up. I'll be seeking a refund to my credit card and credit back to my insurance.

What a crazy experience came in thinking I was going to see a Physical doctor for my eyes. But total opposite. Everything was all virtual. Chris and Denise was very helpful. They explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get all my needs taken care of. Most importantly, the best part is that I was able to get my prescription glasses within 30 to 45 minutes same day! They spoke about pricing and promos that helped me save for the holidays ! Thank you I will be coming back every year for my exam

Stanton Optical Ocoee is fabulous. I walked in for an eye appointment, and the team was quick to check me in and start my exam. Airashon was excellent at walking me through the exam process. At the end of the exam, she showed me the extensive collection of eyeglass wear that Stanton Optical carries. I was able to select a nice pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location is excellent!!! I had my prescription made originally at the Orlando store down on Colonial, but had issues with my lenses, and the way staff handled them was completely different to the way I was treated at the other store. They immediately re-did my eye exam and helped me with my lenses, and even offered to give my sister a free eye exam, and we ended up getting her glasses done there as well; in fact, they got done super quick, we were there for 3 hours total to get mine and her exam done, and for the glasses to be ready. Aileen and the other girls that were working there (unfortunately I don't remember all their names ) were so, so kind and so professional. I wish I had come here in the first place! Can't recommend this enough!

My experience was quick and pleasant. They did my exam and made my glasses that same day. The whole process took about 20 minutes and the glasses took around 40. Aileen and Vianca were super friendly and professional. There was also a new girl whose name I didn't catch, but she was amazing too. Keep it up, y'all! Thank you!

I walked in towards the night and was greeted with a warm welcome. I thought I had to make an appointment but was offered to be helped right away. It was a smooth appointment and was able to get a new pair of glasses and contacts. I will be sending everyone to get their glasses here. Amazing and easy experience. Thank you!

I have been waiting since October 17th for my sons lenses and today they told me I have to wait ANOTHER week, after they got the lenses wrong A SECOND TIME. They said they don't make my son's frames anymore, but I managed to find them in the store real quick. I offered a simple solution: send the frames so they can get the size right, but they said it's not possible due to some technical stuff. I offered a simple solution: since I'm still under warranty, just replace the whole thing but I don't pay the copay, because you screwed up TWICE. Not an option because reasons. So here I am now, doing the same thing expecting a different result... PS. I'm a very patient man, a mistake can happen, but the same mistake twice in a row is very unprofessional, let alone waiting for the inevitable THIRD strike. If it was for me, I wouldn't probably be this pissed off, but it's for my son! My five year old son who's vision is getting worse! Edit: I'm changing my review to 4 stars because they gave my kid new frames and he finally got the right lenses. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a five star service would not get to this point. At the end of the day they delivered and took ownership for their mistake. Excellent work.
