I saw Melani 2/13/26, for glasses Walmart Ocoee. She helped me pick out the prettiest glasses very different from what I have worn, color wise. She's very, very friendly and professional. She really knows her job, she found my insurance in the system really quick, looked at what they pay for as in prescription and that's what she gave me. I left there feeling as if I made a friend. Thank you Melani, for your kindness and friendliness, she's a good asset to the Walmart Vision center.

Terrible service! The doctor appeared harried and rushed -- I was in the room for only 10 minutes when I was rushed out of the room for the next 10 minute appointment. The exam got all messed up so I could not use the glasses prescribed and had to get my money back. This place seems Way understaffed for proper patient care.
