After 39 years with out eye exam I indeed up at Optical Gallery I was not sure how it was gonna go after walking in receptionist was friendly and helpful the Doctor was Great he was polite and to the point of what needs to be done to keep my vision . I respect that honestly my experience was above any 5 star If this was a Restaurant it would be a 3 star Michelin if it was a NFL Quarter Back it's Tom Brady get my point in a small town like Okeechobee there are Caring Helpful Professionals . If you or any one else needs a eye exam you will not be disappointed . The Lady who helped with picking out my Glasses she asked a lot of questions that helped . 100 percent Pro. I can't say enough good things about this place! My husband had an appointment with them yesterday, and they finally got his prescription corrected after seeing other Dr's. This will be the place we use from now on for all of our optical needs. All the staff is friendly, they go above and beyond to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. And they have THE BEST prices in town, just an added bonus. Thank you Optical Gallery, for your great service! I'm so glad we chose you!

Wonderful service. My husband spent over $500 for a pair of glasses at another place in town. The bridge piece just snapped..no misuse or abuse. He went back and was told it was after the 1 year warranty(it was 16 months)It was obviously defective/inferior. The original place wanted $ 178 to replace frame. He declined. So glad a neighbor recommended Optical Gallery. They replaced it with a $45 frame, even though we hadn't been there before. It will be our new place due to customer service and willingness to help.

My wife and I visited for eye exams and glasses. What a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by the owner as we walked in the door. The Dr took us back for the exams and was very professional to both of us. After exams walked us to the front for help getting frames etc. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The owner helped me, I had called and gotten a quote from shelley. He had it written downand with no qualms honored the price eventho the costs had gone up since I had called. If that is bad dealing with family operations someone needs an attitude adjustment. Loved this place and will point everyone I see in my new glasses the this wonderful family owned business. Thanks

I had an outstanding experience! I had my eyes checked for vision loss, and a glaucoma test. The doctor was helpful and professional. They also had a great selection of sun glasses. The owners are very nice, and I enjoy doing business with this locally owned business!

I have visited a few Eye Care Centers & Optical Gallery of OKEECHOBEE is by far the best. The staff are courteous and well versed in all things Eye Care. They are also quick to get new eyewear made, adjusted, and to the patient.
