Dr Brown and his staff are not only the finest Vet care you could ever have but in my opinion they are the best medical team of any kind I have ever been to. They are on time , we have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. When we call there Chris makes sure your questions are answered ASAP !! We live in Tallahassee and the drive to his office is worth every minute it takes to get there. Also for the service and knowledge you get ,its not overpriced . Thank you Dr. Brown !!!

Dr. Brown went above and beyond for baby. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with so much patience, and treated our pup and us with incredible care and compassion. You can truly feel how much he cares for his patients. We are so grateful for his expertise and kindness we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I want to thank Dr. Brown for helping me with my dog Max's ulcers. He had been to several veterinarians for six months, and Dr. Brown was the only one who helped. I am truly grateful for his patience and explanations. His ulcers healed in two weeks.

The vet is very knowledgeable and kind. The office staff however don't care about your time and can't even be bothered to let you know that they are running extremely behind due to an emergency surgery. Emergencies happen and I applaud the vet for being able to assist. The problem arises when they don't bother to communicate the delay to the persons who have a scheduled appointment. I drove an hour to get there and called when I arrived (you must call to check in and wait in your car as there is no waiting room). The staff advised they would call me when they were ready. 30 minutes later I go in to speak with them to figure out what the hold up was and they advised that there was an emergency surgery and that the doctor is still actively performing surgery and that there were 3 or 4 persons ahead of me. I would have gladly rescheduled my appointment if they had valued my time and had the decency to call, but now I'm 2.5 hours wasted. I will be looking for other vets that value their clients.

Dr. Brown and his staff are absolutely incredible. I feel like we were in the trenches together with my baby, Anastasia. She is diabetic and was suffering with ulcer after ulcer, on top of cataracts. In the end, my little girl's eyes are now cataract-free and she has not had an ulcer in a year. Dr. Brown is incredibly intelligent, yet he is as kind and patient as he is brilliant. He always took time to explain everything going on with Anastasia's eyes, went over her medications and protocols in depth, and always had the patience for my many questions. His staff is also exceptional. After awhile, it felt like I was visiting friends when I brought Anastasia for my checkup. Everyone is so compassionate and it is obvious they love their jobs and the animals they care for. I gladly drive from Tampa to Jacksonville for my girl's checkups and always will. Thank you Dr. Brown and everyone on his team. You have given my baby a wonderful life and it warms my heart to see her so playful and happy again!

I had an exceptional experience at the Animal Eye Clinic, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Dr. Brown, Conner and the entire staff provided excellent care for my boy who was suffering from advanced glaucoma in both eyes, which caused him pain and permanent blindness. After a disappointing encounter at my primary vet, Dr. Brown treated the situation with expertise and compassion. He gave multiple recommendations, including less invasive options to double enucleation. Thanks to Dr. Brown, my boy has regained much of his former self. Five stars aren't enough to express my gratitude for their care!

Dr. Brown is awesome. He's precise in his explanations, and obviously loves animals. Max was well taken care of, and the Techs were amazing as well. We had a concern today and they got us an appointment straight away. So relieving to know they actually care. More to follow after our appointment.
