I have been coming here for going on +20yrs. Everyone is always friendly & welcoming. I get my exams here as well as glasses and contact lenses. They have taken such good care of me that I now bring my daughters & my wife here as well. You dont need insurance to come here either, they have plans that can help you. I cant speak on those plans myself as I have always had insurance. That being said, I would use those plans in the future if I needed to. Thats how well we have been treated here.

Such a lovely experience at LensCrafters today! Dr. Brown and the team were so kind, patient & made me feel super comfortable from start to finish!! They took their time explaining everything and genuinely cared about my comfort. The whole visit felt easy and welcoming. I left with a smile & a new prescription. Highly recommend this location if you want great care and sweet, professional people!

I visited the Orange Park location today to pick up my glasses and was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Upon arrival, I informed the two gentlemen working that I was there to pick up my glasses. Unfortunately, I was essentially ignored and made to feel unwelcome. I have been a loyal LensCrafters customer for many years, and this experience was surprising and discouraging. Customer service has always been a key reason I continued choosing LensCrafters, but this interaction has caused me to reconsider. As of now, I plan for this to be my last year purchasing glasses with your company, as I intend to find a more welcoming and customer-focused provider moving forward.

Ryan was awesome. He asked pertinent questions, helped me pick out new frames, and went through and explained all of my options. Would DEFINITELY recommend going to this Lenscrafters if you need glasses.

I went in looking to get a quote for the Meta glasses, And was extremely pleased with the service he took his time, Check to see if my insurance had discounts or any benefit benefits available, He gave me examples on the different transitions colors, He did it multiple times and he wasn't annoyed since I was indecisive, he was knowledgeable about the products, Super kind, he was able to multitask with other customers while still helping me and not making me feel forgotten, he was fast in getting other people in and out When picking up glasses or having a quick question and he did not rushing me, Which I greatly appreciate, And he was quick to grab whatever I needed so I really appreciate he wasn't slow When I had a request for a different lens, he had it quickly available. I actually was in a different Eyeglass store minutes before I went into this one, but they were rushing me. They didn't even look at my benefits if I qualified for anything they didn't have any examples on the transitions and they did not take their time with me honestly, so I just walked out, I've actually gone there for years, So I just found my new spot for glasses. I was coming in just for a quote, but because I really enjoyed the service and was pleased with everything I actually just ended up buying them since I was happy with the price and the service. Thank you! :) he deserves to be recognized.

Dr. Brown was wonderful. Took his time and didn't rush. Very professional and kind. The whole entire staff was pleasant and helpful. After the eye exam, Gregory helped me find frames that I liked. He was courteous, professional and very nice. Overall, I had a great experience. Would recommend if you need an eye exam and new frames.
