Jarrod was beyond great! And patient with me.. due to my bad experience with a different company i had questions and he made sure i understood everything. MyeyeDr not only has a wide variety of stylish and beautiful glasses they also have a great friendly staff in a welcoming environment! Cant wait for my new glasses to come in!

We enjoy our experience everytime. My kids genuinely look forward to their appts here! Jacob really went above and beyond! And Patience and Hayley were so helpful as well.

Their person responsible for eyeglass selection was not very helpful. He was in too much of a hurry, and I felt that I was being a nuisance to him by just trying to get in a question. The doctor, and other staff, did a great job. I would go there again, I think.

The staff is awesome Dr. Fernandez Rona and Jarrod are the Dream Team in my opinion. They went above and beyond the team is very personable. I will recommend them to any and everyone who says anything about needing their eyes checked. Thank you all.

Dr. Weinstein was personable, professional and answered all my questions. He was amazing with both me and my daughter and explained everything in detail. I did not feel rushed or any hint of impatience. The front staff however, does seem unhappy to be there. Picking out our glasses was simple and went smoothly with the gentleman. Also to set a appointment is ridiculously pushed out 3 months. Not sure if this is the case at all locations. Would recommend based on the doctor alone.

I went to this location for the past eight or so years. The last couple office staff is horrible. The Doctor is fabulous and that's why they even get a stars. For example, today I went in to find out exactly what my insurance covers and I have good insurance And I have purchased a number of glasses from them in the past with the same insurance. I was told the person that knows about insurance wasn't there and that I would have to wait 40 minutes for them to be there. What?????? Shouldn't everyone in the office know how to sell you a pair of glasses with your insurance? But apparently not rudeness is their motto.

I've been going to this MyEye Dr location for several years and it's been consistently a positive experience. They don't try to upsell you or push you into a brand of contacts you don't want. I appreciate that. The wait times are reasonable as well.

I was notified by email that my glasses were in so I jumped in my car and fought bumper-to-bumper traffic for 30 minutes. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and was informed that the doctor had left an hour ago and the state of Florida does not allow eyeglasses to be dispensed without them physically present in the building. Why advertise as being open when you can't provide any type of service?
