From the time I walked in and greeted to the time I walked out was an amazing experience. The young lady Shalitha at the front desk was so nice and informative about my vision benefits. She took her time and explained each machine and we laughed like we knew each other for a long time. The Dr pham was even hilarious, I enjoyed my visit and will be referring my friends and family!

Great eye exam. I learned a few new tidbits from Dr. Pham that will help with my eye care and my wallet. I didn't know that if you have an old pair of frames you really like that Pearle will put your new prescriptions in them. The service was excellent. I have used Pearle for years and will continue to do so.

One of the best experiences I've ever had during an eye dr visit. From the check-in, through the exam, and then check-out, the staff were all very friendly and polite!! We also couldn't have asked for more attention from the Dr himself. He took his time making sure he understood any issues and our medical history, even re-checked one thing after confirming some of that medical history. The absolute, best!!! We will be returning!!!

Change your hours online. Drove all the way here from Phillips San Marco area in Jax because it said you were open. I just wasted an hour of my children's after school time to drive for no reason. Smh. Y'all need more staff. Those hours make it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to come here and actually do anything when we have to work. The only insurance you take is commercial.... Which is through employers. Make that make sense..............

Dr Pham was great! The woman doing the prescreening was horrible. She outright lied when I declined the eye dilation and said my insurance wouldn't cover the exam and her attitude was horrible. She should not work in any position that requires working with the public. I won't be going back there just because of her.

The receptionist was friendly, the doctor was very thorough and good at what he does and the gentleman that took care of my ordering was awesome!! He allowed me to take all the time in the world to view options and change lenses types and shading to get the best match for me. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this location.
