Visit went really well, I had to do a virtual appointment which was quite interesting. Not complaining whatsoever. We will see how the prescription goes but I must give a huge shout out to the saleswoman, Angel. she was amazing! A lot of fun to work with and just made the experience so much more enjoyable..she was very personable, easy to talk with... Give this place a try. I was impressed. DEFINITELY ASK FOR ANGEL IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO SHOP FOR GLASSES!

When we arrived the assistant takes your eye pressure and ask if you want to be dilated. I checked yes because I haven't been to the eye Dr in years. Anyways, I see the Dr and tells him and he says they were dilated when they weren't. I've had them done in the past and no drops were ever placed in my eyes. He seems like he was rushed and no time spent with me. I understand they have many appointments and I'm sure they are paid per person. If you're looking for just an in and out Dr then this should suffice. If you're looking for something more thorough I prolly would look elsewhere. The people help to choose your add-on to your glasses were all very kind. Also make sure you ask for your pd number as it wasn't placed on the script. That allows the option to purchase glasses online

I've been going for a while and have always received top notch service, save one previous doctor. The staff, shoutout to Cody for getting my glasses fixed when another staff person and I couldn't, has always been super helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We had been shopping around that entire day and America's Best was our last stop. This was the first time that we had ever shopped here. We almost left because of some confusion with the person at the front desk until Angel intervened. We then sat down with Angel and she not only went over our insurance coverage but helped pick out our frames. She made our experience there highly favorable. We will definitely be coming back here as long as Angel is there.

My experience at America's Best was Awesome, the service that I received was great. The atmosphere was Friendly and the Gentleman that waited on me was polite and courteous. I will recommend AB to my friends and family...

I ordered and set of lenses for my glasses that I provided and was told it would take 2 weeks to return (not a problem) then after receiving the text message that my glasses where in, I went to the store. I get the glasses try them on and was leaving when I realized that something was off. I took the glasses off and one had the transition that I paid for and one didn't. How does something like this even happen? No quality assurance before returning to the customer? So they told me that it would be another 2 weeks to correct the issue. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that I have to wait a month (in total) to receive my order. UNSATISFACTORY

I purchased my glasses which were WAY higher than the advertised special bc I had progressive lens. I found a pair of RAY BAN frames and here's where the problems began. First, I lost a nose pad. I went back and was told they didn't have any in stock so they made do with another brand. Not long after it started sliding out if place, allowing the wires to irritate my nose. I went back and was told that Rayban didn't allow them to have parts. I'm screwed. Second, now the arms on the frames are losing their "gold" coating. Let's see how they deal with that...

I was in and out under 30 minutes! Staff was great and super friendly. My tech was so kind and it made the eye blower machine a better experience (iykyk). 10/10
