I have been going to Dr Bazarte for many years now and i have always had an enjoyable experience! They have always been kind and helpful to me. They take medicaid and want to help everyone they can afford to have great eye care! I will continue going to them as long as they will take me (Even today i had my highly energetic and not too happy toddler with me and they were still very kind and patient) Thank you to everyone at Dr Bazarte's office!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience there today with me and my daughters annual eye exam. Last year we weren't sure if we were going to stick with them. Decided to give them another try this year. Everyone was much friendlier. Nice to see them stepping up their customer service. My only complaint is that I wish they shut the door when doing exams and that the place could use a little updating.

I had a great experience here. The doctor was kind, professional, and really cared about making the visit simple and affordable. They were completely transparent about pricing and out-of-pocket costs, which I appreciated. They are focused on my care rather than on having a fancy office. I was seen only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment, and the visit was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. The doctor spent one-on-one time with me, explained everything clearly, and even gave me helpful information about my eyes and the contacts I'd been using. What impressed me most is that they recommended a better and cheaper option than what my previous eye doctor had prescribed. It's refreshing to find a practice that values honesty, affordability, and patient care. Highly recommend!

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Bazarte was very nice and did a thorough exam! I will return for my eye care needs!!

They helped me with a none related incident at their office. I later had eye exam and bought their glasses. I have nothing but praise for doctor, staff and procedures. The kicker is the new glasses are perfect.

Dr. Bazarte and staff were amazing. My 11yr. old son is following in mom's footsteps with Vision and he had such a great experience. Thank You!

First time here, not the kind of professional office setting to say the least. The office is really old, dingy and smells awful. The receptionist lacks any customer service skills, rude & just unpleasant. Not impressed with the Dr either. Seemed bothered he had to even see patients. As he was grabbing the paperwork from his box to call next patient (which was me) was mumbling very rude comments, as if having better things to do than see another patient was not what he wants to do., He was rude, arrogant, condescending and very off putting to say the least. He gave a diagnosis without performing an exam, when I questioned that, he said that is what that $20,000 00 piece of equipment out there is for, I'm sorry but shouldn't any Dr perform the entire exam before starting anything. So needless to say, he recommended trifocals, even tho He said I have 20/20 vision. Order glasses, just got them my vision seems worse after putting them on, they ask if I would give them 2 weeks to see if my eyes adjust adjust. But, isn't that the entire point to get glasses so they help immediately? I have never felt so upset leaving an appt like I did something wrong. The only thing I did wrong was choosing this unprofessional eye center. I will be looking elsewhere for a new eye Dr. Don't waste your time or $$$$$ here unless you want to be treated poorly.

The ladies that work at Bay Vision are always nice and helpful. Dr Bazarte is nice and professional.
