Had an appt here back on the 19th of feb to switch to contacts . Everyone here was so nice and very knowledgeable. I had never put in contacts before so a lady brought me to a room to teach me. I was very clumsy and squemish when trying but she was very patient with me and understanding as i kept failing these people are awesome. Also, it's super easy to order more if you need!!! Yall are superstars!!

Everyone in the office was extremely nice and helpful. I am usually pretty anxious at any kind of doctor's office but I felt comfortable here. The front office worker was nice, the optometrist, Kelly Smith, was also very kind, and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was also great. Would seriously recommend if you need an eye exam

New owners did not apparently get any patient history, so I would need to be treated as a new patient and all my history was missing. How is it even practical to take over a medical facility and not obtain patient records? All new patients must pay $200-$300 to be onbarded with them just to get back to where they were prior to the takeover? This is unethical at best, and should be criminal. Shame. This is a truly disgusting practice that takes advantage of people.

They did not inform their patients that they were selling out. And the new owners don't have any of the patient information. Unacceptable. Even though the new owners can help obtain patient records, they never informed the patients about the change. So when you showed up for your appointment, surprise.
Most people this would be no big deal but when you're dealing with somebody who's elderly this is unacceptable.

I was just there yesterday, and the entire staff was as nice as they could be. I found out while I was there, that they are closing down in 2 weeks and they just found out a week ago about the decision. 10 employees . Corporate America at its best. Because they weren't seeing a hundred patients a day, the big daddy's said just close them down. I hate it for all the employees and myself . Now I have to hurry and find someone else to do the caterac surgery that I need immediately. Anyway, I could have understood if they had a bit of an attitude, but they didn't show it at all. They gave me a most through eye exam. I'm pretty sure it was my best ever. And they were all very friendly and professional.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN A MEDICAL OFFICE!!!
I made the mistake of going to this doctor on vacation after suffering an eye injury. I was in horrible pain and basically blind, not even able to open my eyes. He said the injuries in one eye you need to mentally open up your good eye. Any eye professional knows that's not how it works. The service I received was terrible, and the treatment was even worse. After I left there, my eye was in worse condition than before. I had to immediately go to an eye specialist who was able to give me instant relief, and clean up his mess. I would highly recommend Any other local doctor outside of this guy. And Doctor shame on you for treating your Patient this way.!! I will also be contacting the BBB to share my experience.
