The office staff are very professional and upbeat. Dr. Quesada takes her time to explain everything and answer my questions. She also does very thorough eye exams to make sure my eyes are healthy get the right corrective lenses when needed. Great organization!

Excellent and friendly staff from start to finish! This is my second appointment with Dr. Quesada and she treated me like family! They had a wide selection of new frames and was able to get my insurance coverage loaded in and I was on my way within an hour of coming to the office. You can see they have state of the art technology and a very comfortable office to relax for an eye exam. 10/10 recommend them and look forward to my next appointment!

The doctor and front desk staff at Hometown Eye Care are outstanding, friendly, professional, and always take great care of my family. Unfortunately, the woman who works in the frame shop is shockingly rude. During our most recent visit, her attitude was so dismissive and condescending that we ended up walking out. My wife, child, and I have each had separate encounters with her, so this isn't a one-time issue, it's a pattern. It's such a shame, because the doctor and front desk absolutely deserve five stars, but this employee's behavior turns an otherwise great experience into an unpleasant one.
