I made an appointment via phone for the earliest available date of April 12th. After multiple weeks I received a call today they needed to reschedule my appointment for May 12 with no explanation provided. Freda is very nice but every time I've been in shopping the Optician is just sitting there. I was also told he is a private Doctor and I would need to pay cash. No thanks.

They refused to see my wife because we were caught in traffic. We called and told them that we were going to be about 15 minutes late and they said that would be fine. We were 18 minutes late and the doctor stated that he couldn't see her. They were literally performing road work in Callaway which slowed is down. What a shame...

Was told the doctor only takes "established contact lens" wearers when I asked about doing both traditional and a contact lens exam. When I asked about simply doing an eye exam I was given more excuses of how I should see another office because the doctor was booked 5 weeks out. If you simply aren't able to handle new patients, just say it.
