I had an appointment and you're always told to come in early. Another lady came in 20 minutes after me and they took her back first. I politely asked was there a reason she went back before me and they stated her appointment was before mines. As a person who works in Medical front offices, I feel like if you come late for your appointment then you should have to wait. That is inconsiderate of the other patients who actually came early or on time. But the doctor was very professional and nice !!!

During my recent visit to my eye doctor, I underwent an eye exam. The next step in the process is to obtain a pair of eyeglass frames. I selected a suitable frame, but unfortunately, it began to peel. I contacted the company and informed them that the frames were peeling due to their inadequate customer service. I consulted with several friends, and they shared similar negative experiences with the company. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue purchasing frames from them. While I am willing to undergo the eye exam, I will not be purchasing frames from this company due to their poor customer service. Their primary focus seems to be on selling rather than providing satisfactory customer support.

The medical assistant was great. The doctor explained everything and made sure I understood the issues I was having with my eyes. I was able to order to pair of glasses and the eye technician help to navigate and pick frames of my choosing. I can't wait to pick my glasses up. Thank you all.

The doctor was very professional and was very through. I liked him a lot, just my contacts are not preforming like they should. I've wore contacts for 43 years and never had this happen before. Thank you and I'm willing to give ya'll another chance. I plan on getting a pair of eyeglasses as well after my Medicare goes in effect March 1, 2026. I plan on getting them there cause I want the small, semi rimless frames from Oakley cause my face is very small and they fit me very well. The doctor and staff at the Plant City location were great. Unfortunately the Lakeland location did not have a doctor and they did not send access to my complete file to Plant City so an allergy issue prevented dilation of eyes at the exam.
