This kind of service does not exist anymore...except here. I had an outstanding experience at Value Optical with Dr. Toni Licata. If you're looking for an optometrist who is knowledgeable, efficient, and refreshingly direct, she is exactly who you want. Dr. Licata doesn't waste time with fluff. She tells you what you need to know, explains things clearly, and focuses on getting you the best outcome for your vision. What I appreciated most is her honest, no-nonsense approach combined with genuine care. You can tell she truly wants her patients to see better and understand their eye health, not just rush through an appointment. The staff was also friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. If you want a highly competent optometrist who will give you straight answers and excellent care, I strongly recommend Dr. Toni Licata at Value Optical.

After reading reviews about how great this place is, I took 2 pair of glasses that I did not purchase from here to see if they could be repaired. I was greeted upon my arrival and Tracy was confident that she could fix them. She quickly came back with my glasses repaired. She even adjusted them for me. I will definitely be coming back when I am ready for new glasses.

I had my 1st appointment yesterday and I knew instantly that I made the right choice choosing them! I decided to do self pay instead of choosing another practice who takes my insurance and they did not disappoint! I absolutely love the staff! That was the most fun and knowledgeable appointment I've ever had My eyes might be great, but I'm taking my girls just so I can visit everyone lol I'll send some ppl your way because ya'll were totally awesome!!! The staff is wonderful. They take their time with each patient. And they work with your budget.

The folks at value optical every single one are so wonderful and absolute gems!! Dr. Toni is the first Doctor who took the time to explain to me about my vision and thanks to her and Miss Tracy taking her time with me tirelessly I have the best pair of glasses I've had in my whole life and I'm seeing the best for the first time ever. Miss Gayle who answers the phone is the sweetest and has the neatest accent. You will love her and you will love Mr. Mike, who plays the 80s music I miss dearly. I pray everyone will come and see these folks and have the best experience like I have :-)

The Dr and staff are amazing. Their customer service is Top Notch. The Best place in town to get an eye exam.

My husband and I have been going to Value Optical for 25 years. We can't say enough how much we appreciate Mike, Dr Licata and the entire staff. They truly go out of their way to make it a great experience. I highly recommend them for your optical needs. We wouldn't go anywhere else
