Gordon Eye Care, now part of MyEyeDr.

I'm a new patient and Dr. Gordon was thoughtful, engaged and answered all my questions. This practice also does a host of other eye tests that most optometrists don't which was nice and made me feel they were providing a thorough exam. Dr. Gordon also didn't rush like some doctors and he took his time with me to address my concerns and provide me options to consider. Then the front desk personnel and the lady who helped me with the selection of my eyeglasses were ALL also thoughtful and took their time with me. It truly made me feel like a valued patient. I love this practice. I have been going to a well-known, upscale optometry practice by the beach for years. And I can honestly say Dr. Gordon's practice is better. I only tried Dr. Gordon's office this time because it was closer to me since I moved across town but I can honestly say, he just won me over and I am now a permanent patient of his. Thanks Dr. Gordon to both you and your Team!

Let me start by saying Dr. Gordon is great!!! The staff is another story. I called to speak to the Office Manager this afternoon to voice a concern about a lack of communication from last week and she simply could have cared less. On top of calling regarding communication, she had the unprofessionalism to transfer my call to the individual I was calling to voice my issue about (without informing me). My goal was to save her from receiving any other complaints in the future. (so much for trying to be a nice guy) When an office manager transfers a call to another party and does not tell the person on the phone, she is going to transfer the call, that action clearly sets the tone, and now I understand why their is a communication problem. The office manager leads with poor leadership and has zero customer service skills. I doubt very much the office manager would have appreciated being transferred to another party without being informed. The experience on the phone was appalling. I choose to go to this office in spite of being warned to go elsewhere. Again, Dr. Gordon is great and I wish him the best, however the so-called office manager will no doubt cost the business money and patients because of her attitude and behavior. Good luck!

I had an excellent experience at Gordon Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provide -- it's rare to find such a dedicated and compassionate team. Had a bit of trouble finding where they were located and the staff was so kind, friendly and helpful over the phone. Once I arrived, the outside looked a little sketch but inside was like stepping into a completely different vibe. Gorgeous, large and clean office space. They were just the same in person, helpful, friendly and quick (not rushed but proficient) also getting greeted by their employee of the month Chucky (owners dog) added to the welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. I was immediately seen and the service was thorough and straightforward. The doctor was personable, honest and great with my two young daughters who accompanied me, asking a thousand questions lol. I would 1000% recommend going here, I know I found my place.

Dr. Gordon and his staff were absolutely amazing! I came in for an eye exam for my son and daughter, and while we were there, I asked if I could schedule an appointment for myself since I hadn't been back in over two years. They were kind enough to squeeze me in the same day! I was able to get my exam done and even order my glasses right there. My daughter also needed glasses, and the staff was so helpful and patient while fitting both of us. They made us feel comfortable and truly cared about providing the best experience. Highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his team!

I love this office. Everyone is so kind , and actually takes the time to make sure you're satisfied. Dr. Gordon is very nice and made my appointment very easy. Everything was so quick so you're not like sitting and waiting for hours. I felt so comfortable, and will definitely continue going here.

First time here to get my eye exam. The place is exceptionally clean, and is wiped down in front of you. Staff is very nice, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Nice Selection of glasses with help from the staff to find the right fit and best look. Overall the place is run Great! The whole staff is amazing! I would highly recommend this place .

I've visited Gordon Eye care twice and every time I visit it's always a great experience. The staff is great, make you feel welcomed and like part of the family. Dr. Gordon is amazing easy to speak with , makes you feel comfortable and very genuine. Definitely highly recommended. It's just one of those places that makes you want to come back every time . Highly recommended.
