Dr Steve Bussa was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time with me without making the visit feel rushed. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the care I received.

A month ago I scheduled an appointment to come in and get an eye exam because i live in the apartments at the plaza. After speaking to the doctor and the receptionist and seeing everything they were trying to charge me I told them I would just go to my regular doctor. I didn't like their approach and started feeling uncomfortable at the idea of this doctor doing my exam. I decided to leave and I get a statement for $65 for a no show. The office was not busy and my appointment was made same day or the day before so it's not like I was blocking any other patients. They had so much availability...Unbelievable. So unethical. Good luck getting that from me and keep harassing me and you'll hear from my lawyer.

I Loved everything about it! The place itself is gorgeous. The receptionist was beyond nice and helpful in every way and so charming.
The doctor and his tech. I was so impressed they took so much time with me and explained things that other doctors had never explained. This is definitely my new eye doctor, and ophthalmologist.

Dr. Bussa is VERY knowledgeable and very detailed when explaining results of any tests and imaging. He takes his time on his explanations and makes sure you understand everything with the proper recommendation. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was 30 35 min before I got seen. I understand it could be because he takes the time with his patients, which is great. But I feel there could be other help/staff that could come in sooner to do the tests.

Two months after buying new frames a screw fell out. I took them back and was told to come back in 30-45 minutes. I waited two hours and went back. Was told it would take one to two weeks to get the replacement screw. .
Had someone called me back and told me this I would not have had to waste my time drive back and forth around town.
I doubt I will get a call back for the screw if I couldn't get a call back for this situation. But if i do I'll have them fix them and find another place next year for my yearly appointment and frames.
