From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, organized, and genuinely reassuring. They made what could have been a nerve-racking experience feel smooth and controlled. Every step was explained clearly, and they were patient with all of my questions. Dr. Gonzalez was outstanding -- calm, confident, and extremely thorough. She made me feel comfortable and fully informed before the procedure. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Dr. Fox was equally impressive. Professional, precise, and reassuring during the surgery itself. His confidence and clarity made a huge difference in helping me stay relaxed throughout the procedure. The procedure was fast, efficient, and far less intimidating than I expected. My vision improvement was noticeable almost immediately, and the follow-up instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had LASIK eye surgery on March 6th and by the next day I could see BETTER than I could see before with my contacts and glasses! The surgery only takes a few minutes and my healing process was quick and easy (I felt back to normal by the next morning)! The only thing better than the surgery was the staff <3 Rita, Aliya, Juan, and Vanessa were so helpful and kind and they made the process so easy! The doctors were so informative and took their time making sure I was not only a good candidate for surgery, but that I was prepared and comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!!

If you are thinking about getting lasik, stop thinking and do it but go with the lasik vision institute. They are the best at what they do. They'll go over everything before, during and after surgery. The results are amazing! No more glasses or contact lenses. Very friendly and professional. Most important, when they say that they guarantee their work they mean it. Highly recommended.

Went in for a consultation in early January and had all laser LASIK completed successfully about two weeks later. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Treatment was painless, but...weird. (I have very sensitive eyes). I was seeing perfectly the next day and they tested me a couple days after to 20/20 vision in both eyes, and even 20/15 in one eye! Highly recommend this office for your LASIK eye surgery.

What an absolute skilled, and caring Staff! I've been thinking about LASIK for years, and if you do the math of years of breaking, stepping on, and losing expensive prescription glasses and sunglasses--not to mention contacts drying out my eyes--I probably could have paid for LASIK Vision four times over by now! I chose this center because they use top-notch, blade-free laser technology and the highly rated reviews. From the first phone call, they explained the costs and procedure clearly ( and that was just over the phone). At my free in person consultation, I was greeted by Rita and Vanessa--two kind, multitasking machines who even laughed at my bad jokes while working. Then I was greeted by Juan , who was in charge of handling all my eye testing. Their equipment is modern and state of art . Juan was attentive and had answers to all my questions; I even got to see pictures of my inner eyeball, which was fascinating . After being cleared I met with Dr. Gonzalez who is patient and skilled in her profession. What really impressed me was her honesty. She suggested mono-vision (correcting only one eye), which proves the integrity of this professional staff. This demonstrated to me that they cared about their patient's long term eye health. *Surgery day, the staff worked like a well-oiled machine, all focused ,working in sync. I met with Dr. Rubinate who performs the actual eye surgery (thank you for your military service) Dr. Rubinate's experience and professionalism made me feel calm. The actual procedure felt like it was less than five minutes. I slept for 7 hours and woke up with 20/20 vision! At my three-day follow-up, the team was just as professional , kind, and informative as day one.Huge thanks to the whole staff at Lasik Vision Institute for making a scary decision so comfortable!

I have to say I was so nervous to get lazer done and the team here made me feel at ease answered all my questions. What to expect, what to do after how I'll feel, if I can work out if I can shower any kind of question I had . Also my schedule is pretty crazy and they Went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I really appreciated that and made me feel even safer with them Taking care of me .
