I had an excellent experience at St. John's Eye Associates in Nocatee. The staff was incredibly friendly and the tests were thorough and up-to-date compared to past experiences. Dr. Austin Fey was so nice and took the time to explain everything. While lenses were pricey and the glasses were all designer which is not a priority to me, I would definitely continue going here and trust my family to go as well. Highly recommend!

This review is pretty much for the manager, she is not a nice manager or any welcoming with patients. She treat patients like if they are doing a favor for the patient instead of a transaction or service care. If you want to purchase glasses of a specific brand and not have an eye appointment still she is not accommodating. Like if patients owe something to her instead of being a business.
They should really think of changing management and putting someone that is nicer with public.
