I had a very good experience with this eye doctor!! All the employees were so nice! It was a very quick trip! They have so many different kinds of glasses! I get mine after not wearing glasses since a kid Ive had constant migraines from straining my eyes. Cant wait to get my new glasses I picked out!! Will continue going here for my eye care

I recently had my eyes checked at Port Orange Vision One, and it was truly such a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone was kind, helpful, and attentive. The entire process felt organized and smooth, which I really appreciated. The optometrist was thorough and patient, and when I met with the doctor, all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. I never felt rushed. My concerns about my eyes were taken seriously and addressed clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, it was just a genuinely lovely experience. Professional, friendly, and caring. I'm very grateful for the quality care I received.

I had an issue with my vision and I couldn't get in to my regular doctor. Dr. Jalene not only fit me in as an emergency, but her kind and patient demeanor really calmed me down. I appreciate her knowledge and excellent patient care and now she has a patient for life. Thank you, Vision One and Dr. Jalene!

The lady at the front desk an older lady with bleached hair and glasses is the most rude person i have had to deal with ! She wouldnt let me make an appointment with the doctor . I need am explaination of an exam i took in november Avoid this person who says shes been doing this for a long time Told me. If ididnt like it theres the door .hes partner which collects the money is also the same kink of person same old lady with the bleached hair and glasses .she hung up on me when she called me !!!! When i get to the dr haynes she will know about it The rest are fine it is unreal!!!! They work there

Do not go to this place for appointments unless you want to be disrespected I got disrespected through a phone call when we had a disagreement when my insurance was covered and tried to charge me $200 nowadays made it where I can't make an appointment through them because I contacted a different store to contact the owner about the situation and saying that they will no longer honor the appointment I had set up in the Daytona store. this is a zero star review. Maybe I should've read the reviews first that's why this store only has three stars.

I had a bad experience with Vision One glasses. Had to send them back twice. I asked for a refund of my $429 and they only credited my card for partial charge and charged me a $145 restocking fee?? My advise.... Go somewhere else for your glasses.

Eye Test Service great. Repair Service great. Staff all very friendly and good at their jobs But lens prices higher than most. + lens fitting time 2 weeks is ridiculous

I contacted this facility to set up an appointment as a new client. The first person I was on the phone with stated something along the lines of I have customers in front of me I'm trying to deal with, without even giving me a minute to say Okay or anything before being hung up on. I call back because I thought it was rude that the first person hing up on me. To my surprise, the second person that answered the phone was just as rude!!!!!! I ask to speak to the supervisor in regards to the first person hanging up on me and was rudely spoken to by this second person stating there is no one in charge at the office to take complaints!!!! The last kept interrupting me as I was trying to speak - by this time I just had enough and ended the call. Two terrible people for no reason!!!!!! Treat people better- or close down the office. It's that simple!
