Eye Center

I first called to see if they take my uncle's insurance to have cataracts removed. I was told they couldn't tell me without a referral so I called the place he had the exam and had them send it and they said it'll take 24-48 hours to get back. No call so I called they don't have a referral so had the other resend it. I waited again called no sign of it but says that dept is understaffed and behind. Asked her if she can check his insurance not wanting this to end up s waste of time and she couldn't conclusively tell me she doesn't work in that part of the office so asked can you get me to them then? I waited on hold for a couple minutes then it rings and no one answered for three more minutes at least before hanging up. Called back and the office is now closed on Friday. I didn't know they closed at noon but it wasn't yet 12 when she transferred me still had five minutes or more at least. Frustrated and looking for other options now. A week of waiting for nothing. Thanks eye center.

I went here almost 3 years ago and the Dr. aka ophthalmologist there told me in a year or two would have full-blown Cataracts. Therefore he did not give me a prescription for a new eyeglasses. I didn't believe him so 18 months later I went to another eye doctor and I said how are my cataracts and he said what Cataracts, You don't have cataracts. Six months ago I went to the same doctor and the same thing happened Both times I got my new glasses which the insurance covered and they said you don't have cataracts. Is recently as four or five months ago I had an ophthalmologist from my insurance company come to my home because I'm diabetic and you really need to be checked because if you missed something you can go blind. She as well told me Looking good Mitch's you don't have cataracts or glaucoma. Always get second opinions.

I suffered with eye problems for 3 years and dr.millitello and his staff helped me get my vision back to normal. They did a great job of helping me out. Thank you all so much.
