Spring Hill Eye Center Dr Jung

I had the pleasure of buying glasses at their Center yesterday. It was a such a pleasant Experience. Everybody was so kind and helpful. The young man that waited on me had a lot of patience because we took some time to find the perfect glasses. I've never experienced such a wonderful time buying my glasses. And I greatly appreciate everybody there. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I go here for our glasses and eye exams, and I have to say the best part is working with Jaimie the glasses specialist to find a new pair. She is honest, open and such a joy she make sure you get the pair that makes you feel beautiful and is the most comfortable. I wouldn't go to another facility just because of her. Definitely recommend coming here They also have very good prices.

The Best place I've been to! Dr. Is excellent and thorough, Eye center has more than enough options. If you can't find what you're looking for then you don't know what it is you're looking for. The quality of lenses are worth every penny. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were ALOT of FUN also! Thank you for the GREAT experience

The staff here are absolutely the best around. They are all kind and caring and will answer any and all questions. My daughter loves everyone in the office! They were able to help her pick out a pair of glasses that was something she loved!!! Dr Jung is also the best!! He was willing to answer all my questions and gave the best advice for my daughter and her glasses about when she should wear them and whatever else she tossed at him! I also loved that even though they say 7 to 10 days for glasses to be ready they were in before that!! Best place to go for your eyes!!!

The staff that work here are amazing! I've never had a bad experience. The best ophthalmologist we've seen, Dr. Jung and his team are the best. My husband enjoys going here, plus they have the best prices. We've also brought sunglasses here and we're so happy with our service and purchase. 10/10 recommend!

** UPDATE!!! I disputed the charge with my bank for the defective glasses, and this company actually LIED to my bank and claimed that I have them when I don't!!! I refused to pay the remaining balance and I left the store without them! I cannot believe it has really come to this. Please beware of this place. They don't make high quality glasses and you are forbidden to change your mind or even claim a defect because they have a made up "no refund policy" that they never tell you or have you sign anything prior. I will take this all the way to the top if I have to. Bunch of criminals! I was so wrong about this place. Tiffany was really knowledgeable and nice and with her help I purchased two pairs of glasses through my insurance and some of it was out of pocket. I was so excited when I was alerted the glasses were ready that I actually left work early to go get them. When I tried them on I was immediately disappointed. One of the frames were big round Dior black rimmed glasses and this was the one I was the most nervous about because it's a little different from the style I am used to which is more square-rectangular shaped black rimmed plastic. These looked awful. The frames alone were beautiful, but my perscription lenses in those frames were a no-go. You can see a very lense-y glare or shadow outlining the frames. The other pair was a marc jacobs rectangle shaped which I liked a lot as well, but same exact issue with these. Pictures will be attached. I took pictures of the glasses on to compare to what I have at home, because there was no way I was going to pay the remaining $300 balance to "try" them for a week or two. I pointed out the defect immediately to Tiffany and she saw it too, she offered to have the lab "buff it out" or "polish it" etc. I don't think that will fix the problem here. I felt bad admitting that I hated them, but I had to. What shocked me was that I was told there are no refunds! I started to slowly get very irritated with Tiffany trying to save the sale, by telling me stories of people who weren't sure and received so many compliments they decided to keep their glasses. I called VSP last night and filed a complaint. There is no way they are going to scam my insurance company. This morning I spoke to Angel the office manager and I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied. She told me absolutely not because I their policy is that you have to buy the glasses and wear them for 1-2 weeks and decide if I don't like them. THEN I can bring them back to the store and find a new pair of frames. Well that's not going to work. I considered getting sunglasses instead, and buying the marc jacobs frames and taking them to Lenscrafters to have lenses put in. (I always used Lenscrafters in the past, and my Ray Bans, Burberry, and Bobbi Brown glasses do NOT have the lense-y effect) Some are high index and I have one pair that is poly. I was so frustrated with Angel that I threatened to dispute with my bank. Which I have now successfully done. There is no way they can charge me for a product, I don't care that they were "special made" that is BS they had prescription lenses put in and I paid for them. They charged me $300 (which was half) of the cost of the glasses, and they don't want to refund me my money even though I didn't pay the remaining balance and go home with my new glasses. That's disgusting and unethical. Steer clear of this place, especially if you have a strong prescription like me, their quality and customer service is below par. I know Lenscrafters gets a bad rap, but they have never done me wrong. I even returned a pair in 2016 and it was 100% hassle-free. I regret coming here. please see attached pictures.

In the past I had received great service. Yesterday, I went to pick up my glasses. Since then I have been lied to numerous times by several representatives, including the party who claimed to be the owner. I was also required to make close to an hour drive due to information I wasn't provided up front then lied to. They claimed I was a liar several times in front of other customers several times. They have since threatened me and demanded I remove my reviews. I won't give details however, the physician, Dr Jung, is a great physician. Nothing in my review is derogatory toward him.

Absolutely love the selection of glasses at the Spring hill eye center optical . They have every style imaginable and the quality of the lenses are amazing. I highly recommend getting your glasses made here since it is family owned . I love to support small businesses .
