Perich Eye Center

I called this optical office to schedule an appointment and spoke with Melissa. I was informed that the earliest available appointment was in four months. When I expressed that this was a very long wait, her response was simply "okay," and she hung up the phone. Regardless of appointment availability, this is not an appropriate way to treat potential or existing customers. A more professional and courteous response should always be expected, even when scheduling constraints exist. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was bad about this place. The wait was long. The whole office and the doctor was in "rush" mode even so much so that they rushed through my exam and said my vision was perfect. The doctor was nice but told me how rushed and behind they were bc people not showing up for work. Then he tried to explain my eyes and that I didn't need glasses. I left without a prescription and will go somewhere else to get glasses. Oh, they were upset bc I didn't bring in my other glasses bc I had lost them and I only had one pair. Why would they be so upset about that, I wonder?? Terrible place!

We came here because our primary Dr recommended it. No problem with our first few visits. Different story when my husband had to have Cataract Surgery. The surgery center was awesome. But when we went for follow-up after first surgery to the Spring Hill office it was an unacceptable situation. We waited over an hour for him to be called back. The second eye follow-up was OK. Only had to wait half an hour. Also, when we tried to pay co-pay with our Care Credit master card, the Spring Hill office refused to accept it. The surgery center accepted it. Why the difference? We we told it was different between the 2 offices. Aren't they same? Looking for another Dr after all the recovery from my husband's surgery. Do not use this office! BTW, front reception was great.

I had my first appointment today. I just want to say the everyone there was very pleasant and, professional. And, I do mean everyone-from the front office staff to the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgable and, put me at ease. If I could give this office 10 stars I would.

Over a year to have a simple 15 minute cateract surgery is a joke, If you're reading this comment get prepare to be a year older on surgery day.

The employees are very nice. The care is excellent. The scheduling is severely lacking and wait time is stupid.

I regret not reading the reviews before calling. I called to schedule an eye exam for contact lenses, and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Without any explanation, they just bluntly told me they don't offer contact lens services. This was especially frustrating since their website clearly states they offer contact lenses. This could have been easily avoided if your website was updated with accurate information. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Saved my site ! It takes a long time to get in but worth the wait !! Dr. Miller exams very advanced. Educated me and got me precription eye drops and put me on permanent cleaning and eye drop proscedure. I thought he was a bit Strick but my 72 year old site improved GREATLY. Forever thankful. Can't wait for my upcoming exam. He is advamced with hidden eye diseases. I did not know I had mine. The staff helped me get my insurance approval after they made a couple phone calls to my insurance to changed provider to Perich.
