St. Cloud Eye Care

This is the best Optical office I've ever been a patient at in a long time. The doctor, as well as all the other staff, were very kind and helpful. My glasses fit perfectly and were ready very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the care I received. I will definitely continue to be a patient at this office. I highly recommend it.

They take such great care of you! Excellent staff and there is an amazing choice of frames! I've been to many different doctors offices from Melbourne, lake Nona and St. Cloud and I have finally found an eye doctor that is honest and cares !!

From the front staff to the doctor everyone is so nice, welcoming and efficient. The appointments are always on time and they stay on top of everything which is nice. I highly recommend.

My name is Tim McCoy. ( The above account is in my wifes name ) I came to St. Cloud Eye Care, Inc. because I wanted to support local small business here in St Cloud. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses ( not my first but my last ) with Insurance on the glasses from them on 9/25/2021. The frames broke and are now discontinued. I'm told by them I need to purchase a new pair of eyeglasses. What good did the Insurance do for me? Nothing! Only the lens are covered. What good is the lens without a frame? Do I hold the lens to my eye because the frame is broken? The lens needs to be in a frame in order to work. You can't offer me a lens that doesn't fit in a frame. There for you should honor the Insurance & fix my glasses ( that are only 9 months old. ) I'm giving you a very poor rating because you do not honor your comitment to insurance on your purchases. DON'T PAY FOR INSURANCE THEY WON'T COVER! Big mistake on my part.

All I can say is that this is a great place. I am super difficult to work with when it comes to my eyes, and I have had many many doctors for the past 14 years that cannot deal with me, but this one in this office, she's amazing. Totally recommended, time wise they are fast barely any wait less than an hour.
