On Friday May 23, 2025 I went to the office to pick up a pair of replacement glasses. When I walked in there was a sign that said "closed today", at 2:00 in the afternoon. I said "are you open and the woman replied "that's for Monday".
The ladies at the front desk found my request for my glasses to be a bother and when I told them they were too loose they were apparently annoyed I asked them to make them tighter. The girl comes out of the back and hands me my glasses and says "all done". No asking if I wanted to check the fit, and they're still too loose.
We live in a community where there are 100 places we could go. I am done with myeyedr. If you're seeking a place I wouldn't recommend them.
I am a stickler about customer service. You won't get it here.
