I strongly advise others to reconsider using this office. Communication has been frustrating from the start -- staff members come across as dismissive, and I often had to repeat myself multiple times during phone calls just to be understood. I underwent two separate exams, yet my prescription still does not feel accurate. Despite that, they require multiple follow-up visits throughout the year. Unfortunately, after experiencing several unexpected personal hardships that required me to reschedule appointments, I was later informed that I would be charged $400 because I was supposedly outside of their "annual window." There was no flexibility, compassion, or willingness to work with me given the circumstances. The entire experience felt more focused on billing than patient care. I would not recommend this office to others.

So grateful for Dr Choksi and the awesome staff at Florida Custom Vision. LASIK was the best thing for me!! Now I can truly see every little detail since 1 week post surgery I am seeing 20/15 with no help. Woohoo!! No pain, so supportive, beyond grateful. Highly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr Hasan and the whole team! From the free consultation to day of procedure and follow up. The whole staff was absolutely amazing. Kind, empathic, and supportive! Having both PRK and lasix (one approach in each eye) I highly recommend. I wish I could remember each of the ladies who were with me as again -fantastic!
