Julington Creek Vision Center

I would not recommend this place. I made an appointment weeks ago went to the appointment and no one showed up. Door was locked and called numerous times and nothing but voice mail. No clue how you can run a company like this.

Would discourage any potential new patient from this Doctor. Poor attitude, poor patient care. Went in for contacts and she insisted on giving me a brand of contacts I can not wear. Experienced blurring and disorientation with the script she wrote. upon second visit I was dismissed from the office stating her findings were correct and was given my old script and would not address the problem or fix it. Another Dr. fitted me properly with the correct script and lenses. A waste of my money. Front receptionist rude. Worst experience at a Dr.s office.

Horrible!!!!!! When I asked for contacts other than accuvue because they were uncomfortable, they said that the ones I wanted were being discontinued but that they could still order them. I said ok and left. I then discovered a charge for$129 on my credit card from them that I never authorized. When I asked about the charge to my card, they told me that they left me a message on my phone saying that they would be charging my card and that the charges were for the lenses that were order. I never received any messages, which has never happened with my phone. They also told me that the lenses were being sent to my house and to bring them in for a refund after I told them I didn't want to spend that much on the contacts. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I then made an appointment with my regular optometrist. I have to pay out of pocket to my regular optometrist since they no longer accept my insurance. Julington creek vision center said they took my insurance, but I doubt they ever sent it through since I was still charged $89 for the exam. A total scam!! Never go here! They have no right to make unauthorized charges to my card and then lie about it. It's called fraudulent use of a credit card!

This optometrist has been treating my oldest child for several years and we've always had good experiences and results. The receptionist has always been very kind and patient with me (and my other 3 kids who are always with me while the Dr. sees my oldest).

Great service, knowledgeable staff. Met all my needs!

Worst place ever! :(
