All of the staff was absolutely wonderful. I was forced to come in because I had an eye irritation in one eye that was causing me pain. Not only did they help me with that, very quickly, but I realized I needed a new prescription as well. One of my eyes had changed. I have primarily been a contact wearer, but given overuse of the contacts was a culprit of the eye issue... I need to have glasses for a backup. Which means I also need prescripted sunglasses. There were so questions. I needed new glasses. Prescription sun glasses and new contacts. We found the best way to utilize the insurance with the least amount of out of pocket. They had fantastic prices for designer lenses that were beautiful. They help me find contacts that were comfortable and affordable. 10/10 I would recommend and will refer my friends and family

Ordered my glasses and I was informed it would be 2 months before they came in. I thought this was excessive but I did not have a choice. Eight weeks later I called them for an update and I was informed they never sent the order out for fulfillment. The clock reset. Fournweeks later they called back and told me my insurance was not valid. 3 months and accomplished nothing but a headache.

This was by far the most unprofessional medical office I've ever dealt with. After multiple phone calls just to get an appointment, I finally went in--only to be publicly humiliated. The staff loudly announced my private insurance information in front of the entire lobby, with zero regard for my privacy. Then they refused to see me because they "don't like" my insurance plan. They claimed it would cost nearly $500 just to look at something in my eye. When I questioned it, they actually yelled at me in front of everyone, telling me that if it was "medical," I should go to the hospital. The entire situation was rude, degrading, and completely unacceptable. My insurance covers emergencies like this, but it was clear they care more about money than patient care. Their behavior was hostile, embarrassing, and honestly feels like a scam. I will never return, and I'd warn anyone to avoid this place.

Could not be happier with the services and staff and this location. Pam and all of the staff members here are just 10/10, from start to finish. Thank y'all so much for everything.

Made an appointment for my daughter months in advance in the office only to show up for the appointment and the office was closed. Nobody called me or anything to reschedule. My time is very limited for appointments so this was not a good experience

P did an excellent Job fixing my glasses. She tightened my wire frame and bonus put on new nose pads for me.

I strongly advise against engaging with this practice. I have visited the office twice within a span of five months, and both experiences were unsatisfactory. During my initial visit, I ordered a year's supply of contact lenses at the front desk and completed the payment. I was informed that the lenses would arrive within a few business days. However, after two weeks, I returned to the office to inquire about the status of my order, only to be informed that the doctor was waiting for confirmation from me regarding my satisfaction with the lenses--despite the fact that they were the same brand and prescription I had been using for the past decade. The receptionist unjustly placed blame on me for not initiating a follow-up call and was unprofessional demeanor. I returned for a second visit to rectify an issue with my eyeglass prescription, which I was obliged to pay for out of pocket, although this was not my primary concern. Following my eye examination, I checked the updated eyeglass prescription provided and discovered that it was identical to the previous one, despite my expressed difficulties with that prescription during the consultation. I had to return to the office once again to have it corrected. With over 25 years of experience wearing glasses and contact lenses, I can assert that these encounters represent the most disappointing service I have received in an ophthalmologist's office. I will be going to a new practice that demonstrates a greater understanding of ophthalmology and provides better basic customer service.
