I had an absolutely wonderful experience at America's Best, and I would like to recognize one of their representatives "Ms.Teronda" for providing truly outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Ms. Teronda took the time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns, and her patience and attentiveness made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was how informative she was -- she explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood my options. It's rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and dedicated to helping customers. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference in my experience, and it's clear she truly care about the people she serves. And she loves what she does! America's Best is lucky to have such a wonderful representative on their team. Because of this experience, I will absolutely continue coming back and recommending this location to others. America's Best is awesome. I began as a customer last year in the Hixson Tn location. Very happy with the service and my new glasses. Today, after having moved to FL I Again used AB for my exam and some new glasses. Amazing place. I won't go anywhere else. Not just because of the service and great selection of frames. Not even for the super optician tech who fitted me with my new glasses. It's because of their eye doctor on staff - Dr Parekh!! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and also took the time to explain everything that he was looking at. I have never had such a superior eye exam by such a genuinely kind and competent physician. And I've had PLENTY of eye exams in my 68 years. Dr. PAREKH should be your eye doctor too!!

Everyone was great for me here! Teronda helped me pick out 2 pairs of awesome glasses! Just picked them up and my contacts today (which she also helps me get the best deal possible on)!!! I just love how helpful everyone is at the America's Best!

I have a small face and usually struggle to find frames that fit properly. Teronda was awesome she took the time to fit me in kid-sized glasses that fit perfectly and look amazing. Bonus -- she helped me save money too! Highly recommend.

This has been the worst experience of me getting glasses. I was told that my glasses were in and because they were short staffed I would have to wait until the next day. They said the next day would probably be a late pick up. I paid $400 plus and if you are checking in 80 pair on average that's about $32k a month, hire extra help. Now I'm on hold because they have another patient with them so let me see how long this call takes to get notified that my glasses are ready! I will never go back to this location or brand of eyeglasses provider.

Of all my visits to America's Best, this was far and away the most impressive. Dr. Parekh is remarkably knowledgeable and took the time to address every one of my questions with genuine care. He balances his deep professional expertise with a very approachable, down-to-earth personality. I'm thrilled to see a clinician of his caliber at the Tallahassee location.

Our optician Tre' is the best we have ever had in our entire lives! She took the time to help us pick out just the right frame, helped us to find a discount which allowed us to both purchase glasses and a needed second pair for my husband. Her measurements are "spot on" accurate. She is truly a caring professional which is a rarity in this day and time.

I have had great experiences at this location. Tre, is very attentive to customers and our needs; a wonderful optician. And, Reonna has a way of making you feel as though you are the most important customer of the day. I will continue to use America's Best for the customer service received on every visit!
