Target Optical

Will was attentive, helpful, and kind during my first visit at Target Optical. He provided his expertise in eyewear selection and fitting was impressive. His customer service provided was excellent. Also, the optometry technician who assisted with my exam was great. Will recommend to friends and family.

Will was super awesome and extremely helpful. I'm very indecisive and helped me quickly pick out a great set of glasses. He also worked with my insurance to give me the best deal for contacts and glasses.

I had an awesome experience purchasing both, reading glasses and sunglasses at Target. I found exactly what I wanted and need. The selection was stylish, affordable and had options for both everyday wear and dingy, which made it super convenient to shop I. One place. The process was smooth from start to finish, and everything felt easy and stress free. All of the staff were all extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I really appreciate them all. Target is the absolute best!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff feel genuinely more like friends and family. They actually care and genuinely listen and equally respond. I was called on around 4pm (new customer AND was able to be seen SAME day I called for an appointment) and had not eaten anything til that point, I was nauseous and wasn't feeling so good. John was so above and beyond and offered me some snacks because his wife always packs a bit extra for him. They helped my nausea and he lifted my spirits as I'm going through A LOT. The genuine kindness and compassion that day weren't just a one day thing. I returned the next week for my daughter's appointment fresh out of the hospital and feeling worse than the first time. John came to me, asked how I was, showed empathy and real concern for me. He was amazing with my daughter and before saying he will keep me in his prayers for better health, I knew this was genuine. The optometrist, the technician and staff are kind, listen, engage, knowledgeable and professional. I am just sad I didn't find this place years ago. Thank you to all the staff!

This is my first visit to a Target optical store - I was pleasantly surprised at the style. Name brand and color options. The optician was super helpful and helping me choose a frame I loved and stayed well beyond closing time to complete the order.

I had a very pleasant visit. The young lady who did my screening was very nice and personable. She explained exactly what to expect at each step, and I never felt like she was rushing just to get the job done. I believe she mentioned she only worked on Mondays because she is in school too. So if you want to schedule with her it would need to be Monday just FYI. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. That was important to me because last year, at a different store, I felt pressured and ended up walking around with glasses I hated but paid an arm and a leg for. He answered all of my questions and was also very nice and personable. I would highly recommend Target Optical to anyone needing glasses or an eye exam. ETA: Even though I was not pressured, I did end up buying glasses. The price was too good to pass up, and I have wanted Meta glasses ever since I first heard of them.

This was by far the most fun I had ever had at my eye appointment. Will was so outrageously funny and very helpful. The other staff were also so nice and just all in all brightened my day. Definitely will be coming back in the future. You can really tell how much these people care about their costumers.
