This place has really great customer service. Super easy and relaxed process, from my exam to staff helping me figure out frames in my budget - doing some sorts of wizardry to minimize cost to me. I am horrible with glasses and they even got me replacement lenses after if nicked my new ones, at no cost. All the staff is personable and kind, I specifically remember the names Michael and Mary iirc, these people will do you right.

Carlos and J'erricka was such a big help at the store. not only did i find glasses that were perfect and stylish they also were also perfect in the customer service regardless of how busy it got. Please treat them right and give them the kudos they deserve!!

Raphael was so sweet and understanding! He was extremely patient with me and what I needed to do to take care of my baby while I was there. Always had a smile on his face and was nothing but positive during my entire visit. Was very thorough during the exam process, letting me know what each step consisted of and took the time to explain what everything meant. He also helped me pick out my frames and was genuine in his feedback. I will now be a loyal Stanton Optical customer simply because of his hospitality and overall quality of care. It is hard to find kind people out there, but for anyone reading this, know that if you get the pleasure of working with Raphael, you will be very well taken care of. 10/10 experience

Staff was very friendly, I went to this location two days before Christmas and they were very accommodating and attentive. I got the frames and eye exam within a two hour window. It was a surprisingly very fast process. Honestly, the best part was the price. I paid $80 for the eye exam and two beautiful frames. Definitely recommend going to Stanton Optical. 10/10. This location for the win.

This location must be understaffed and are not transparent about their practices. I called two days before I scheduled and was told it was a quick 15 min exam. When I arrived I was sent to check in at a desk that was not staffed. Once someone from the front checked me in they let me know that I could do telemedicine or pay an additional $50 to see the actual doctor. From there I waited another 30 min before deciding to leave as there were still people seated to be seen before me. I understand that wait times can be unpredictable but I scheduled this appointment in after speaking with an employee and would have opted to walk in had I known the appointment serves no priority.

Awful experience! I booked my appointment, filled out all my paperwork in advance, I even arrived early, but I still wasn't seen by my appointment time. They told me they didn't take my insurance but that they had deals. I asked for more information about the deals and still had no answer 30 minutes later. On top of that I wasn't informed that seeing the physician on site was an extra $59 until I was checked in. I ended up leaving without getting seen. Too shady and disorganized. And the men's bathroom was smelled like stale urine according to my partner.

I scheduled an appointment for 115 pm, showed up 10 mins early, but didn't complete an exam until 145 pm. There were 3 people waiting when I arrived. After the exam another 30 minutes pass before I see the eye doctor. After going through some eye tests he tells me he'll need to see me again in 15 mins after my eyes dilate. The time is roughly 215. At 245 I'm still sitting waiting for the eye doctor to bring me back. I see he's in the exam room by himself so I approach and ask him if he's ready for me. He tells me I need to complete some of the early exams on the machines in another room before I come back to him. He said he told his assistant this. I go to the other room that she's sitting in, and she's on the phone texting. I ask her when she planned to bring me back. She says she was told at 3 pm. You have to understand the two rooms were right next to one another so I'm relaying info from the assistant to the doctor, yet they are only 4 feet apart. I ask the doctor why she told him 3 when he told me to wait 15 minutes at 215. He says he didn't say this. I then tell the assistant and the doctor I'll have to reschedule. I suggest in the future they shouldn't schedule so many appointments...at this point the entire waiting room is overfilled with kids sitting on the floor. The assistant blames the front desk for scheduling, she says the doctor doesn't schedule. I offer this is why their "team" needs work. A total clown show. Maybe they overbook due to now shows, but if you go to Stanton for an eye exam, plan on a minimum of 3 hours.

I would like to start off by saying that I am not one to normally leave a bad review, however after this experience, I felt compelled to. First visit was a few weeks ago. Woman who did the initial exam where they take pics of your eyes, do the eye puff test, etc, was extremely rude. She got annoyed with ME because the machine wasn't working right and got visibly annoyed: I didn't realize it was my job to tell you how to do YOUR job? I didn't realize it was a virtual exam so that was interesting, and the man seemed annoyed with me as well when I hesitated about an answer. I have extremely poor eyes. Toric. -11.5, -11 ... so I hesitate because I want to be sure. Every time I did, he would huff and puff at me. Once I was done with him, the woman who did the initial eye tests had to take pics of my eyes yet again because she hadn't taken them properly. After all of that I end up leaving with no contacts because they don't have my strength. I explain that I am literally wearing glasses that are well over 10 years old and is there anything they can do because I can't see. They explain they can't. I ended up going to a different eye doctor who was able to get me loaner contacts the next day so I can see! Today. I get a text AND an email telling me my contacts are ready I drive there and am told "yes they are here, but aren't ready to be distributed" I leave angry and call corporate who tells me they are there and they aren't sure why I wasn't given them. I walk back in with corporate on the phone and tell Dalton at the front desk that I was told by corporate that my contacts are in. I am literally wearing loaner contacts and I really need them. And wouldn't you know, he is able to find them I was told that the woman who was too sorry or lazy or both to do her job properly, her name is Brandy. And she is an awful person who shouldn't be working with people. She clearly doesn't care about them otherwise she would have taken the 5 minutes it took Dalton to get them for me. Unfortunately this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. And I also feel that Brandy needs to grow up and start having some empathy, or she needs to work somewhere where she doesn't deal with the public!
